When I feel empty like a dugout grave

When I can feel my eyes dry
Hollow from crying too much
yet not crying enough

It feels like the cages will break
from the force of the earthquake of my heart
It aches so much that my left shoulder hurts
And I feel like my whole body will fall apart
There are days Like the above
Where my room is filled with silence
And though I breathe out loud
My sighs scream in pain
And I know my soul has stopped
