How Green Is My Board

I love everything fresh and new;

It is this way within me, that energy does get renewed.

The green board of novelty beckons me,

To keep trying something new relentlessly.

What fun is there in doing the mundane?

Why would I not slowly turn insane?

I must add value to things,

I must bring my perspective to them, very true.

That, I would say, is where experience comes in,

That, I feel, is worthy of contributing from within.

So, like replacing all my dead cells with new ones,

Solidly, I enjoy the infusion of blood in sinew.
