Hydro-Sucker (22 Nov)
Hydro-Sucker (22 Nov)
Born in a family of heroes,
Lucky as I was,
Most times I felt like a runt of the pack,
With the powers that I had
My father was super strong,
He could throw a rocket in outer space,
My mother was a flying diva,
Floating and zooming from one to another place
My brother was a fiery hunk,
Able to emblaze himself completely,
My sister had the best of all,
She could vanish instantly
I on the other hand,
Was the youngest of all,
Great things were expected of me,
Ever since I’d been able to crawl
When my powers manifested,
I was the least disappointed,
Drying up water, I thought,
Was all I ever wanted
I was made fun of, and laughed upon,
By my own family,
You can’t even manoeuvre water,
How will a dessicant fight enemies actively
Fighting the battle of their lives,
My family found themselves in a fix,
The four of them had met their match,
In a supervillain called Mentalistix
He played with their minds,
And found their weakness,
Using the counters,
He subdued their powers and left them meatless
When it was my turn,
I did all I could,
With a single attack of mine,
Mentalistix got screwed
How? Everyone later asked,
Astonished beyond belief,
Human body is two thirds water,
All I did was suck him off till he was a dry leaf
That’s when I earned my moniker,
Now you find it on every car bumper,
Though it sounds unrefined and boorish,
I’m proud to be called, Hydro-Sucker
