In the Year 1945...

It was the beginning of the Rains, the month of August,

when on a beautiful morning, the city's peace was disrupt. 

She was expecting her "little girl" but she did not know, 

her happiness was short- lived and the city in an instant lost its glow. 

Many of them died , the buildings turned to dust, 

All she could do was look at the "Little boy" and say: 

WAS THE FIGHT MUST?

That ended the lives at Hiroshima, Japan, 

Women, newborns, elders, everyone a victim of the world's evil plan! 

Three days hence, as the country came to terms, 

"Fat man" arrived and Nagasaki was left in nothing but burns.

The war was pronounced over but so was life, 

in millions of households traumatized by the World's most malicious STRIFE!
