Joke!!

It felt so gloomy, it felt so wrong

Even though it was all about me

I wanted it to stop,

All those eyes and their glares on to me, 

 

Oh! We pity you, Oh! We are sorry for you

They were saying it out loud

I wanted them to stop, give me your hand

 Let my headrest for a while,

They were busy, busy donating tears to me

 

I lost my only soul mate, I lost my best friend

So, to be alone I cracked a joke, they laughed

They cooked, they smiled, they started planning

A trip to the mountains where I am to connect with her last time

(the joke isn't it!!)

 

They forgot why they were here, I could do nothing but cry a

smile for that while

So-called friends and so-called supporters

All it took was a joke from me to push them to their true corner......
