Let Us Go To A Dreamland

Let us go to a dreamland sweetheart;

Where you can lie down on my lap;

And see my face in a clear moonlight;

The scented air will soothe our burning desire;

And lull us into a sweet intoxicating slumber.

Dawn will lure us to walk on calm sea shore:

Barefooted on the velvety golden sand.

The sun rising up from the ocean depths;

To spread the warmth of love and sunshine ;

Promising a day filled with ecstasy for us.

Seagulls dancing over the lapping waves;

Beckoning us to join in their playful jest.

Holding hands together we roam freely ;

Without any frantic rush to return back .

A Paradise will descend upon earth for lovers.

Let us escape from this turbulent World;

Which is full of hostilities and novel diseases.

Wealth earned only to buy superficial happiness;

Kindness and compassion comes with a price here;

Reasoning power and wisdom for attaining authority;

Disposition of humility and spirituality just a semblance.

Capriciously deceiving the naïve populace;

Trust remains a puzzle word to be solved.

Both of us are stumbling and falling only to rise;

Yet consistently struggling to keep our love alive ;

Peace and prosperity questioned in this Dystopian State.

Yearning to loosen the entanglement of duties;

Unburdening our souls from endless miseries ;

After freeing our love from clutches of limitless and unfathomable trials ;

Let us go to a dreamland sweetheart!
