Masterpiece
Masterpiece
Revolving through a globe
Round and Round
Looking for an ally
Who can draw you
To those places
Which seeks perfection within
In a hunt for something deep
Which we never ever intervened
Which grabs my heart and let it explode
To fix those shattered pieces into a masterpiece
Maybe it's all about a blown art
Which drives in and out through your heart
Painting pictures for a lure
Whenever I lay my head
Down to your terrene lap
For a soundless snore
All I can sketch those unseen contours
Where we can keep winging all day long
Holding our bare hands
Singing along in a melancholy
Like a neverending whistle-stop
Even we are entangled,
Bound through those revered strings,
Where we exchanged vows
Under the sprinkle of snow flakes.
But with the time passing by,
Dreadful days came knocking at the door,
To turn relatity splinter into congestion,
As our lives turned into a big mess,
As if it was all just a big riddle,
Where we are the two pawns
Running through the errands
To elope from those wide disparaging set of eyes
Draped under the clutches of delusion
To tear our lives out of the equation.
We ain't aware of the fraction of pieces we hold
But often trying our best to amass more
All those memories of the events we came across
And the laughter which kept us long
But after all, no one can tear us alone
As we clasp the strength of our own
And our very hope that strangles
Atrocity turn to dust,
Cause we are just a single soul
And a masterpiece of our own.
