Who tells you that Nepotism is there

Only in the glamour world among celebrities in the Film industry 

No no, you all are mistaken actually

To spread this rumor 

As Nepotism prevails also in job sectors

In educational institutions or any post

The new employee has to face 

The strange superiority attitudes

Of his seniors most often.

Nepotism is the favor provided to relatives or friends

And not for abilities and real talents

So it's not less than Nepotism

When the new employees go through all the bewildered pressures

That distort them at large

To feel you inferior and subordinate 

Should We allow such Traditions here

Then what would be the difference

Between the literates and the illiterates

Try to bring the change within yourself

For Humanity's Sake at least 

For  letting the innings up 

To bring the spark back .
