Pen And Ink

My pen drops dead and my ink stains page

My words combine with heaven and speak to the divine realm 

My pen mingles with ink of gold

And writes a poem about forgotten lore

My God tells me to bury a thought

 On a page full of storms 

And my heart tells me to sing a song for inked poetry which is forbidden and obscure
