Tale Of A Dry Leaf

The dried leaf had a tale to narrate,

A tale of sacrifice!

A tale of change!

The soft wind created a rhythm

Dry paths left trails of failure 

Seasons came and went

Green leaves emerged again

With lots of pride, it twirled in rain!

"I can never fall" - it said once

Dry leaf silently smiled.

There came a day 

Greens turned to browns

Alas! It fell down!

Pride was crumpled,

And grief was surrounded.

A tale has begun yet again!
