That Poster in the Junction

A cool drink,

Which damages your brain,

Promoted by your favourite hero,

A political party,

Which asks you to divide people,

By knowing caste and wealth,

People are looking at the poster,

Whenever the traffic signal stops them,

It is part of their journey,

The poster changes every week,

discount sale,

Half-nude men posing to promote luxurious innerwear,

Women say colour brings you confidence,

And this fairness cream brings that desired colour,

Government proving their schemes are worthy,

Schools with great ranker students,

Competitive exam coaching centres highlighting AIR,

There is so much info on it,

Everyone feels they deserve something like that,

Regrets,

Desires,

Feelings,

Wishes,

A lot more accumulates on the junction road,

When they leave that road,

That Poster laughs,

I am the one who influences the crowd,

Applauds its existence,

When the week is changing,

It is replaced by some other one,

But the feeling of worthiness,

Haunts in that junction.
