The Friendly Ghost

It talks to me every minute every second

Does it really have any end?

It rests when I rest

And keeps itself abreast 

Maybe my twin or my kin?! 

Sometimes it behaves too good 

And makes me secured

At times it listens to me 

And abides by me

But suddenly it raises high 

To overload me

With jealousy, anger and frustration! 

It behaves like a ghost 

And makes me provoked

I must meditate to calm it down 

I must dominate to put it down

And it is none other than

The Friendly Ghost - "MY INNER VOICE"
