The Path To Salvation

The Path To Salvation

The path to salvation is to be walked alone,

Solitude is not an option, but vortex of life’s cone,

This path could be dangerous, could be error prone,

You are being watched, God has His own drone,

Keep walking, keep moving, don’t pick a bone,

The path to salvation is to be walked alone

With a smile, serve those, who come your way,

Tell them the meaning of life, keeping yours at bay,

Karma is a bitch and its price, oh dear "you have to pay",

Be generous, be blissful, no matter what them disheartened souls say,

They contain the divine light within them,

And yet, you bestow sunshine upon them, while they just need a ray,

Show them no matter how dark the night is,

Sun sparkles at the brink, and here comes your day,

With a smile, serve those, who come your way,

Those who are meant to hold your hand, they always stay

The path to salvation is to be walked alone,

Loneliness kills you, moulds you, refines you but you are not alone,

His divine light has your back, He is your backbone,

Bend your knees, take a bow and yes, watch your tone,

Whisper:

"I belong to you, You are my very own,

I am your disciple, You own the holy throne,

I am your impure river, just throw that sacred stone,

Try me, test me, hit me, kill me and break the strongest bone,

With my head up, shoulders wide and chest broader than ever before,

I will keep walking, with a smile on my face, oh that's easily shown,

Because deep in my heart, an enormous ocean has grown,

When You are with me, oh tell me, how can I ever be alone?"

The path to salvation is to be walked alone,

Upon its culmination, you know, you never were walking alone!
