The Shore
The Shore
The shore said to the wave
Your clashings do hurt!
To wave, he exclaimed ruthlessly,
Disheartening her outburst.
Distressed wave cried a loud,
And tears splashed shore
The ablazed shore whined,
Behesting her to go.
The tides fell, waves stepped back,
Resolute to never return,
She kissed the shore one last time,
And just left, evanescing all life,
Gone were the tourists too.
Seeing the shore desolate, the wave returned
And life returned too
