A puppet with a dark history
A puppet with a sad but true story
Is me
And only me.
My strings lie on their fingers
And my soul with them lingers.
It’s impossible for me to disobey my masters
Their wish is all that matters.
Their fantasies and desires
Are allegedly my priors
The things that they could never do
Are the obstacles which I must pass through.
Other puppets are also puppets
But their lives belong to themselves.
I must follow my master’s commands
Even if it means till death I'll have to fulfill their demands.
My dreams are something else
But wait, I'm not allowed to say that to my friends
Because I have to live the life my masters never had
And be the puppet of which they are glad.
