The Wait

 

Whole life we wait

For happiness, for individuals for charity or donation

For trains, For plane, for peace or perfection

We wait for whatever our eyes can scan.

Although we trickle them down our throat

Our dreams capture them from the dark

In deep slumber whims subconsciously afloat

In our mind, we patiently incorporate

True visions often unusual, often unexplained

When Patience, dreams and vision meet

Life embraces the conglomerate

When the battery of projection runs out

We grow out of our sorrow

Steering across the clear sky

We glide for a better tomorrow

Once we waited, they complained

But hopes came crashing through

Everyone can say I can wait

But not everyone can prove it true

Blunders are more the tougher we try

Wait like the earth does for the smell of the sky
