Under Winter Cloak

Lilac dust of snow washing the misty mirrors,

Sieve out the crushed ice fallen once again on the doors,

Snuggled up by firelight until the mourning morning rays,

Countless threads knitted sweater into the ball of yarn,

Fingerprints under winter gloves ruin the worthy touches of flings,

Heart spends the cold night in the baggage of winter jackets.

The white winter and mistletoe bloom in the last hour,

Falling snow pellets stuffed my glass of wine,

Although lips gleaming in carmine found their warmth in coffee,

Cold breathe peer outside dissipates within seconds,

Freezing thoughts hopped over winter snow-veiled roofs and illuminated railings,

Frosts rimes on my Christmas wreath after the winter blizzards of midnight.
