Wishfulness

Wistfulness is the room full of,

memories we never created

and laughter we never shared.

 

Longing is the room full of,

soaring daydreams and

stolen conversations.

 

For your spirit and my spirit,

have been long intertwined.

 

I know the innkeeper

of the house of fantasies,

only as real as the one who creates them.

always shining just out of reach.

burning with fervour.
