Yesterday is Gone!

Take my hand and run with me, from the past called yesterday, and to the future.

Yesterday was the past, all the bad memories that linger around us, 

Today is different, let's roam the realms of the universe,

 Let's hug together today, and forget yesterday, it was a bad day, and let's look to the future, a new beginning is here,

Loving you was bliss in our younger lives, often running together into the maelstroms of life and the contusions we got as we swam the upstream of life, 

The heartaches that manifested in our youth are now gone forever, what is left is us looking to the future, and land beyond!

Looking back into the joyous fun we had, the run of adrenaline in our young bodies that sparked the intense, orgasmic feelings and awe of life, 

Now, many years have gone by, but you still look beautiful in my eyes. The grey, silvery hair and wrinkles on your face reminded me of the volcanoes we walked through, the tribulations of life,

Now that we have grown older, let's forget the past called yesterday, and move into the future, holding hands and smiling at the sunset of yesterday, 

Let's wait for a new dawn tomorrow, no more crying and feeling upset, let's send our children and grandchildren the classic story of our lives.
