A Friday In TCS

A Friday In TCS

It has been weeks since I have written something. It feels like I am stuck, I am stuck in those last days of my college when I wrote a poem on leaving college.

It's like someone has replaced the writer in me with an engineer. Now let me tell you the difference between them. An engineer is like your computer who always works and produces the desired result, the result that you expect, but a writer is like your iPod, it understands your feelings and makes you feel good when no one else can do so. So I have been changed from an iPod to a computer. But you know what? No matter how many tasks a computer can do, no matter how complex problems it can solve, there is still a music player that exists in it.

And today this computer is having a very rare problem. While it has been assigned to do a lot of tasks, its music player is frequently popping out automatically and it is playing unknown songs, songs that are not from this world, and songs that are not expected.

And surprisingly it does not have a stop button today either that red cross mark on the top right corner. Also, it has filled the whole hard disk with this kind of song. Yes, everything else is inaccessible today and this computer is useless today. I think it's time to shut it down, let it cool itself because it's Friday.

But it promises it will reboot, it will definitely reboot. If not today then surely on Monday and it will compute and perform as it used to.

After all, it's a computer ...
