A Love Called Women

Way back in 2012.. I had been to this funeral of a old lady in Coimbatore. She was around 70+. Her name was Sagunthala.

Her husband, Palanisamy (80+) was rock solid and quite active for his age. He din't shed a tear from the time I had been there. It was quite surprising for me, knowing the intimacy they shared!

It was only when the body is taken, he started to break down. I will never forget what he said. He kept on repeating those lines when they took her body.. 'I was 24.. when I married you. And this is the first time I'm crying without you being my side'

Those lines summarised the life they lived! The love they shared! A women walks into your life, becomes your love.. your lust.. your happiness.. your sorrow..your friend..your enemy.. your support.. your strength.. and finally when she leaves you.. You realise she was your life
