Bad things give bad result...

Once there were 2 people who worked in a company. Both of them were at higher posts.

Person 1: He was very nice, kind, and helpful by nature. He always treated his juniors nicely. Never discriminated, never judged them by their looks or background.

But on the other hand person 2: He was very rude, stubborn by nature. He always treated his juniors badly. Discriminated them, judged them, etc. One day then both the 2 people at higher posts had a fight. The fight went to the boss of the company. Boss decided that the employees will decide who will stay in the company and who will leave. Selection on the basis of who can be right in the fight, who is better by nature in office, who is more hardworking, more helpful, etc.

The employees decided that person 1 should be there and person 2 should leave. Boss accepted that and said person 2 left. Person 2 begged in request to the boss to please let him stay in the company. Boss agreed but said that you will be at a lower post. Everyone understood that by doing wrong with others you won't get everything good you would get everything wrong of yours too that happened with person 2 . So we should always do right to get the right result back too.
