A 15-year-old boy whose name is Niveshkar work in a shop as a worker in a textile shop in the place of Surat Gujarat and helps his shopkeeper name Possak with whatever he requires. As his family is poor, he works in the shop for money. 

By the time he is around 18 years, he had become one of the most trusted people of the shopkeeper. On one of the days, the shopkeeper asked him to handle his shop as he wants to go leave to meet his parents for 1 month. As Niveshkar handled Possak the Shopkeeper for 1 month. After that Possak came to manage his shop after that he gave less salary to Niveshkar for doing the work of the Shopkeeper. As he is not happy with Possak and had fought with him and got frustrated after that. He was thinking about what will he do now.

Suddenly one man came to him and asked what happened then he asked about that incident. The person's name was Mallvalkar one famous business icon who was famously known as an expert in finance. After that Niveshkar goes to Mallvalkar to gain information regarding finance, stock, and trading.

Now he had shifted from Surat to Bombay to have a career in the stock market. As he controls the stock. So Niveshkar go to try his hand and invest 1000shares at Rs100 each. As he earned from what he worked as a worker in shopkeeper. As in 6 months, his invested shares got 10 times. Then his success goes around 5 years.

After 5 years he become the head of the company name Niveshkar and Stockler Private Ltd and had one friend name Dhirat who came when he started to invest his share. He had become a famous business tycoon. He is one of the masterminds in stock, finance, and trading. He had become an idol for all in the field of finance but his friend Dhirat who was very insecure about his success then he started foolish work in the company by stealing money from the company to have a better life and also giving sensitive information to the competitors of his company. As 15 days goes it shows his company goes down as many agencies such enforcement directorate and the CBI came to investigate his company and house. He was questioned a lot by the agencies, who treated him badly and not gave him proper treatment, and punished him. The high court of Bombay declared him a year of punishment for sharing secret information with another company and for insider trading. Then his friend Dhirat enjoyed the money of Niveshkar. One year after the imprisonment of Niveshkar is finished who had known the information from his elder brother Bachatwala who runs his business in the Niveshkar and Stockler Pvt Ltd as the company was gone to shut down and at last Niveshkar's friend Dhirat who left the company during 6th months of the year imprisonment. And his Brother Bachatwala was also able to know that all the wrong happening in the company was done by Niveshkar's friend Dhirat. Then after a couple of days, Niveshkar goes to the house with Dhirat had a lukewarm fight after that Dhirat exposes the truth that he had done wrong because Niveshkar didn't give importance to him and also threatens that his life is in danger now and you prisoned for 9 years more for doing insider trading in your company. As a result, Niveshkar was prisoned again. After some time in the 4th year of imprisonment, his health deteriorates without proper care by the police department. And at last, he dies.
