Early twentieth century. Exploitation and lawlessness were rampant. Wealth and Status were limited to a few places.

Zamindars were the land's lords, and their routine was defined and predictable. Morning sleeper and late-night owl.

Their days would begin after midday, when they would sit with their muneems to check on lagans and rent money. Work allocations and a visit to farmland followed by purchasing seeds, fertilizer, and other farm equipment after researching crops and veggies.

These Zamindars have a different way of living in the night-time. It is time for merriment and leisure, and everyone is dressed to the nines. Another oppressed class awaits the evening for a living. They've prepared to entertain the aristocracy and upper crust.

Every day, a different set or group of musicians and artists is chosen to captivate the nobility and be appropriately rewarded for their efforts. This meets their needs, and the tradition has been passed down through the generations, albeit with some changes. However, one common thread remains: - Entertainers.
