Author's POV

Natasha reached her college and wandered her eyes to catch his sight and soon Natasha's eyes caught him far away from her. Erik. Erik was writing something in a notebook sitting near a plum tree.

" Erik! " Natasha shouted his name and he immediately looked at her with shock. But Natasha just waved her hand and ran to him.

" Hey, Erik! " 

" Hey, Natcha- " he suddenly stopped and looked at her with widened eyes.

" I-I m-me-an Natasha, I- am sorry! " he looked down but Natasha chuckled at him.

" Why are you so scared of me, Mr. Kim Erik Taison? Am I looking like a pissed off girl who's going to rip your head off for calling me with a cute nickname?! " she asked like a cop and smiled.

" By the way, that was nice. Call me like that. " 

Natasha's POV

Erik blinked twice and nodded . We heard the bell ring at the last minute for arrival. Some students began to run in full speed for the class. I picked Erik's hand and rushed to our class.

At the last bell we reached our class and breathed heavily. Erik looked at me full of panic. 

" What happened, Natcha?!! '' aww I really love that name. 

" Ahm, that's the last bell Erik. We should be in the class at the right time. If we didn't, then we would get punished by the lecturer. "  He nodded with an 'ooh' sound.

We headed to our last bench and took our seats. I sighed and got ready to bear anything today. As the whole class would look at us like aliens as always. 

But to my surprise, The whole class was just doing their own work, not even bothered by us like every time they did.

Erik was doing something in his notebook. Soon our professor entered the class. He was young and maybe 26 or 28 years old with bright blue hair. Every girl likes to drool at him, even werewolves. He is also a werewolf from a pack which I didn't know about until now. Maybe he's also a beta or might be an Alpha too. He was built and strong. Oh I forgot to tell his name. He is Mr. Fransis Tenison

He cleared his throat and the whole class became silent. He smiled at everyone and at last his eyes landed on Erik who was looking at our professor with an expression which I couldn't examine.

" Very good morning, students! I would like to inform you about our transfered student Erik Taison. Please come front, Erik Taison. " he insisted with a genuine smile. Erik stood up from his seat and looked at me.

Mr Fransis called him again and now he went down. 

" Introduce yourself, Erik Taison. " Mr fransis insisted again but all of a sudden Erik's soft velvety voice boomed through the class with an unknown aura which made most of the students get agitated because of something. I do want to know what that was, but I was concentrating on something else which took my heart beats to a wild rhythm. That was none other than Erik's deep velvety voice.

" I'm Kim. Kim Erik Taison, " 

Mr Fransis gulped a second which was not known for anyone except me who is eyeing them like a hawk. 

" Yeah, Kim Erik. Introduce yourself. " Now he said in a low voice with some disappointment. Maybe?

Erik looked at the class and tried to smile a little while the remaining students were looking at him with disgusted looks knowing the fact that he was a human. 

" Hi everyone, I'm Kim Erik Taison from Korea. " He said politely and bowed, but the whole class just avoided him which changed his smile to a frown.

I felt an urge to glare at everyone who was the reason for that little frown and keep him in my pocket who looked like an innocent bean with puppy eyes. How cute is he?

_Wait, what?! Haa! Natasha, what happened to you?_

When I was busy cursing myself, Mr Fransis Tenison cleared his throat and looked at the class. 

" He is in front of you, class. "

Yeah. Our professor is really a good man. He is kind and friendly towards everyone and also he's strict.

Now everyone listened to Erik. He smiled a little again. 

" I'm half Korean. For some reason, I'm transferred here for my studies. Thank you. " he bowed again.

He looked at me while nibbling his lips clearly looking nervous. I smiled to comfort him that he did good.

He smiled and Mr Fransis patted his shoulder. He bowed for him too and came towards me.

" Good job man, Come take your seat before they start drooling at you. " He smiled slightly at my statement and took his seat near me.

" And students who are willing to help your classmate for the upcoming classes?  " Mr Fransis asked and the whole class remained silent again. Erik looked like he didn't care though, but I could see his doe grey eyes were looking at the class with a very little disappointment.

I stood up and raised my hand. Mr Fransis was shocked to see me as a volunteer. As I'd always stay away from the class.

But now, I need to go ahead for my friend right now.

" That's good, Ms Natasha Dark. I'm happy that finally you got along with someone from our class and here after Erik will be your partner if he will's to do it. " his eyes landed on Erik who was down on the seat. Erik stood up.

" I will, Mr Tenison. I'm glad to be her partner. " he said and Mr Fransis nodded.

Author's POV

Mr Fransis was seriously taking class and Erik was taking notes where Natasha was bored of being there.

Soon the class got over and Natasha was hurrying to go to the canteen where Erik was so slow. Tension, who was known as Mr Fransis, looked at Erik and Natasha who was whining at him to pack his things faster.

Tenison's lips curved to a thin line when all of a sudden Erik turned to face him. Erik stood still and within a few seconds Tenison left the class as if he wasn't spying on them a minute ago. 

" Erik, Can't you pack your things for our one week trip a little faster??" She asked sarcastically, folding her arms and Erik giggled at her question.

" Man, we're just going to the canteen which is in the next block and you're making me go insane!! " Erik chuckled at Natasha who was just yelling behind him.

" Don't make me wait, man. Come on, let's go! " she said again pointing at the door.

" Yeah, yeah. Let's move." he said and ran ahead leaving her behind.

" Hey, don't leave me!  "  Natasha yelled, running after him. 

Tenison's eyes sparkled at the two friends as he wasn't able to hide his smirk.

After a little snack both of the friends went to their different classes. After an hour the bell rang indicating that the class was over. It was their free period before music. 

Natasha came running while clutching her backpack with a smile. Erik waved at her and got closer to the girl with a small grin. 

" Want to grab a smoothie? While we wait for our next class! " Natasha chimed, jumping on her feet. Erik nodded. 

" Sure. Let me keep my things in my locker and I'll follow you back then. " Erik informed her before walking towards their locker sessions. 

Natasha turned aside to march to the canteen area, when she heard a thud behind her. 

Erik found his locker and opened it with his key. Still some students were roaming here and there as it was a free period. 

Suddenly a girl who passed by Erik approched Erik while chewing  a gum. Erik didn't dare to look up, he tried to move away as soon as possible avoiding troubles. But she stopped him by slamming her fist on the locker's metal door. The thud attracted everyone's attention towards them. She didn't flinch or hiss at the pain and from this little thing, Erik assumed that she might be an Alpha. 

" Will you move aside, Ms? " He asked politely, earning a snicker back from her. 

" Don't you hear him?! " A sudden loud voice echoed through the pathway , causing all the heads to shoot up in a certain direction where the leather haired girl stood up with a frown. 

The female Alpha turned and gave Natasha an unamused look. Natasha came over there and stood near Erik looking at her with straight eyes. 

The female Alpha tried to intimidate Natasha by her stare which is common for Alpha wolves to do when they're about to do something.  

" Get to your knees, Human. You know I'm a powerful Alpha? " she wanted Natasha to submit. 

" Listen here. You can be a powerful or worthless Alpha to your werewolf friends. Not to my friend. Care to be away. Let's go. " Natasha was straight forward with the female Alpha as she dragged Erik to the canteen without bothering to look back. The students who were in the way were amused and shocked by Natasha. The female Alpha gritted her teeth following Erik by her sight. 

" Natcha,you shouldn't have done that. " Erik whined, still shocked. 

" She shouldn't have done that in the first place! " Natasha grunted, stopping midway so that they could argue over things if they really want. 

" No, Natcha. We can't just do something like this to a girl. She can be bullied or worse insulted again. " 

" I don't care. My priority is you and nothing else. " She said before walking towards her last class of the day. 

Natasha's POV

After a smile Erik left for his house. I'm here at the bus stop waiting for the bus. I think today was somewhat really a good day I ever had by someone in my entire middle school life.

I'm happy that I have a friend like Erik. I just had a thought like my life would travel the same without any friends, But now I have him. That's totally enough .

I should tell this to Dan and Reena. They'll absolutely feel happy for me . Yaa, Yesterday I tried to tell him about Erik. But Dan seemed tense. 

So I didn't disturb him And Reena, Uff I didn't even see her yesterday. She just disappeared like a light and informed me that she was on an unintentional trip from the orphanage.

So she wanted to accompany them in. I told her to be careful and that's what the last message she sent me yesterday.

I need to ask her about the 'mate' things that Erik told me yesterday. But all of sudden I felt something strange over my family.

Because I remember everything that Daniel used to tell me. Our father was the only heir of my grandparents. Where our grandfather  was an alpha and grandmother was a normal human being. Our mom was also a human being who got married to our dad. Does it feel strange? How does our mom's family agree to this marriage? I didn't know more about my mom's parents. Apparently I still don't know. 

Suddenly everything changed in a huge crash sound and something crashed on me and I was about to hit a car's barnet.

But something grabbed me by my waist and pulled me back. Everything went blurry and I smelled a scent suddenly which made me unconscious . I saw a pair of golden eyes that looked back at me and everything went blank.
