In a galaxy far away :

Tarak-1 waited as the passengers on the spaceship began to disembark. He waited to see a familiar face, but none emerged. After the last person had exited, he ran to the Commander of the spaceship and looked into his eyes. No words were exchanged, but Tarak-1 transmitted a desperate message, “Where is my brother?”. The Commander answered to no one, especially to one lower in rank. “He was left behind,” was his terse reply before he walked away. Tarak-1 staggered back in disbelief. His brother had got into the spaceship, but he was too young, too eager, too inexperienced. Dread filled Tarak-1, but he came to a resolution. He would be on the spaceship on it’s next mission and he would find his brother and bring him back again.

Present day Delhi, In a TV studio,

PK looked to the ground as godman Tapasvi Maharaj argued with Jaggu. He was physically present, but his thoughts were a million miles away. In another planet, in a far away galaxy. After he had been told that his brother was missing, he had trained hard to be chosen for the next mission. He had been selected and had made his way to this planet called Earth. Unfortunately, the remote control to his spaceship had been stolen from him. On his quest to find it, he had made some wonderful friends like Bhairon Singh and Jaggu. But he had lost Bhairon Singh to a senseless act of terrorism. It angered and saddened him. The other sad part was that in this sea of people, he had not found any clue about his brother. He did not know on which part of the Earth the spaceship had previously landed or if his brother had taken the shape of a human, as he himself had, or still looked like an alien. Jaggu had looked up on what she called Google, for information on UFO sightings, but most of them turned out to be fake.

PK sighed and wiped his tears. He would have to go back to his planet, once he recovered his remote control which was now on a table before him. He hoped that his brother was alive and well and that he had made friends among the humans who would take care of him. For now, his aim was to get the remote back and so he proceeded to tell Jaggu the truth about Sarfaraz’s desertion.

Present day Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh

Rohit and his friends sat inside his house looking worried. Raj had informed the police about the presence of Jadoo and anytime now they were expecting the police to arrest them. Rohit looked at his alien friend Jadoo and wondered how to keep him safe. One of Rohit’s friends, Bittu, was simply flipping channels on the TV when suddenly Jadoo made an excited sound. Bittu moved the channel back and the TV showed a person’s interview on the news channel. The news channel people were trying to contact a person called Sarfaraz in Pakistan. Then the camera focussed on a glowing green device placed on a table. Jadoo made an excited sound again on seeing it. “What is it Jadoo?” Rohit asked, “Do you recognise that device ?” Jadoo moved up and down in excitement. “Guys, I think that device is a connection to Jadoo’s spaceship. I have to take Jadoo to Delhi and meet this PK person,” said Rohit. All his friends agreed and tearfully bid goodbye to Jadoo.

Rohit decided to ride his cycle, with Jadoo in a bag behind him. He did not know when and how he would reach Delhi, but he hoped that Jadoo with his magical powers would assist him. As they left through the main door, they were blinded for a moment by bright car headlights. Raj and his gang of four men were walking towards them with hockey sticks. Rohit’s friends grabbed what they could from inside the house, a rolling pin, a pan, a stool and a cricket bat and came to stand with Rohit. When Raj’s men came to attack them, Jadoo infused them with magical powers and the kids started flying in the air and bashing up the bad men. The men could not understand what was happening and got badly beaten up. In the confusion, Rohit caught hold of Jadoo’s bag and rode away quickly on his cycle. He kept to the side roads as the police had been instructed to look out for them.

Finally they were on the road to Delhi. There was a car which came from the opposite direction, but Rohit could not make out that it was a police vehicle till they had passed it. But the police who had been on the lookout for a boy on a cycle immediately turned the jeep around and started following him. Rohit started pedalling very fast but could not outrun them. The police in the jeep were about to catch him, when Rohit started feeling weightless. It was as if he was pedalling but could not feel any friction. Suddenly he realised that they were no longer on the road, but were flying. Jadoo had used his magical powers and now the cycle carrying Rohit and Jadoo was in the air headed to their destination.

At Rajasthan :

PK bid a tearful farewell to Jaggu. He had fallen in love with her, but could not tell her, as he knew that she loved Sarfaraz . He had also hoped that he would be leaving Earth with his brother, but even that had not happened. PK was very sad as he walked towards his spaceship, when he suddenly heard a “WAIT !!!”. He looked back at Jaggu, but she was smiling and waving. She had not spoken. He looked around but could not see anyone,so he continued walking back. Again, he could hear the word “WAIT!!” in his mind, said with great urgency. Someone was communicating with him, the way they did on his planet, but who could it be ? He turned to check once more and saw something up in the sky. It was as if a boy was riding a cycle in the sky and coming towards him. Jaggu who also looked up, rubbed her eyes in disbelief. The boy and the cycle landed a few feet away from PK. The cycle broke apart and the boy fell to one side and as the bag rolled to the other side. As PK watched, a head popped out from the bag. PK shouted in surprise. It was his brother, still in his original form. He went running and caught him in a bear hug. They communicated rapidly with their minds and expressed their joy at being reunited. Rohit who had got up from the ground and Jaggu watched them happily. They knew how much the two aliens had suffered being away from their loved ones.

Saying bye to their human friends, the brothers PK and Jadoo made their way to their spaceship and flew back to their planet.
