Chapter one: The Women who hunts.

As a woman who hunts it is not easy, I mean I get picked on a lot by male hunters. Honestly I stopped caring, I do my job and that is it. By the way my name is May and I am a bounty Hunter also an assassin. I do this job because I have done it my whole life, and honestly I wish I learnt other things but this job is not the worst. I get to choose my kills and if I feel like the person so not what they seem to be I can take them off the wanted list. I am also apart of a royal family line, that can determine good from bad and can prevent bad things to innocent people. Which is reason I like this job I meet so many people. At the moment I'm currently on a job to find a man who apparently shapeshifts into a wolf and attacks people. I don't have the full details, despite that I am currently walking in a thick forest full of thick leafs. This makes it hard to move though without a sharp machete. Moving though slowly, I ended up in a big clearing in the forest.

In this clearing l could see a man with long white hair paying attention to the animals around him, he looked very happy as the animals jumped around him. He wore a particular white rope, that I recognised as a tunic back in the old days, it seemed like it stop just below his knees. The man also did not wear shoes or slippers. This man seemed to be so mysterious and attractive to me until he looked up in my direction. His brown eyes seemed to turn red with fury as he looked at me. His body language changed instantly that's when he changed, he shifted into a white wolf infront of me. That is when I realised this was my target, though as I thought that I started to run in the other direction without stopping. I could hear the wolf chase after me, the thudding of his paws on the ground made me want to run faster but before I knew it I got tackled to the ground. Though it wasn't a wolf that tackled me, human hands grabbed my wrist and pulled them behind me.

I felt pinned to the ground unable to see what was happening. I could hear my heart race with panic and fear, this feeling went around my body as quick as lighting. At that moment he seemed like he was tying my arms with vine or rope I couldn't tell. But in stead of killing me he took out weapons and stuff out of my pockets until they were empty. With the weapons he threw them away in different directions. Luckily I could tell which direction they were going from training my ears. My hearing believe it or not is actually very sharp I can hear what things from a very far distance, though I can't say how far I can hear. Eventually he got to a pocket to where I kept the bounty, I could hear him unfold the paper. It also seemed he paused and looked at it for a good time before he throughed it to the side. Then suddenly I could hear yelling, which sounded like the people were hunters. I could hear the man move, "This is a warning leave here and never came back the next time I see you I will kill you" he whispered closely to my ear, his voice sounded very menacing. Then he got off me and walked away, which in time some hunters found me. They nicely realised me and I quickly thanked them then got my weapons which after I did I left the forest. After that I returned the bounty paper to the inn and went home to sleep the night. The next morning I woke up, got ready for work.

Once I got to the inn, the bartender there Melly called me over. I walked towards her, she gave me a simple task getting some herbs for healing in the forest which makes it perfect for me because I needed some as well. I took it and thanked her then left. Before I even entered the forest, the wolf man's warning played through my head. But I decided to ignore the warning and walked through the forest. "I mean I know where they are and I am going to be in and out." I said to myself in my head. The minute I got to the herbs, I instantly started to pick them and put them into bundles. After I got all that I needed I put them in my basket which is made out of bamboo. Before I left I could see a beautiful white flower that has bloomed quite a bit away from me. I thought it wouldn't hurt to pick it and have it in a pot at home. I got to it I had to neel down to pick it. Before I could I heard a something snap from across from me. Which I reacted by looking at the sound and felt my heart drop. The man stood there looking at me, I quickly picked the flower and ran.

I could feel my heart pulsing through my body. I didn't get to far as I crashed into a deer, luckily I thought quickly and avoided falling on top of the deer. Despite avoiding falling on the deer it seem like it's leg was hurt. I carefully grabbed the leg and cut my thumb. I then covered it's leg with my blood, after once I did so the blood circled around it then disappeared. At that point the deer got up and ran away, I felt happy that it is now okay. But that happyness didn't last long once I heard a low growl behind me. I looked at the White wolf and tried to get up but I couldn't as I have sprained my ankle. He didn't hesitate to jump at me, he turned into his human form and push down on top of me. I could all most hear the basket breaking, but this time I frought back. I kick him off and take off the basket ready for a fight. Once the basket was off my back and facing forward he jumped on me again. I hit the ground hard, the man sat on me heavily and pinned me to the ground. All I could feel is pain and how heavy he is, the pain stopped me from thinking. Before I knew it he began to choke me tightly but still being able to breathe.

"I warn you to stay out of the forest. Give me the reason your here." He demands dominatingy.

"I came here for herbs." I answer ragged.

He looks at the basket, then looks back at me.

"Why not finish your hunt on me?" He asks.

"Because I see no reason to." I answer even though I wasn't sure what to think of him.

"There was that high bounty wouldn't you want me for that?" He ask.

"No, I..." I stopped myself from saying it but in my mind I knew I couldn't tell if he is good or bad, in fact this is first time ever that I couldn't be able to figure out good people to bad.

"You what?" He pressed for an answer.

"I don't find hunting animals for fun is any reason to hunt even with a bounty or not." I say instead of saying what I really was thinking.

"Fine this is your second warning, in fact I going to change that warning. The next time you hunt me you will die, understand?" He asks like as if he was ordering me.

"Yes." I answered.

He then left, I picked up the basket and left from the forest.

Again I went to the inn handed the herbs and got my pay then went home to sleep and relax.

To be continued in chapter two....
