The Reunion Party

        

The Reunion party was brimming with old stories of bromance and escapades. He could see numerous artificial faces- some grinning, some with tongues out, some green with nausea, some even boiling with rage.

His once best friend Shayan, and the rest of his old group of friends, dressed impeccably in expensive suits, were laughing heartily. He wanted to join them as well and wondered if it would be worth it.

It wouldn’t, he decided and made to move but to his dismay Shayan noticed him.

“Get us more wine please”, Shayan said.

“Absolutely sir”, He replied through his melancholy Emoji mask.
