Finally, Naina let Preeti cut her hair. But, in that era getting a haircut for girls was a big deal and not like today. So Preeti slowly crept out of their room and saw her sister reading a book and her mother doing household works...She took advantage of this and slowly took the scissor and rushed into her room trying her best to not let anyone know of her presence.

Then she slowly sprayed water on Naina's hair..... and started cutting from where the chewing gum had gotten stuck. Naina was literally crying from inside but tried not to show it. When Preeti finished cutting her hair, she told Naina and she was relieved but also shocked at the same time.

Shocked because her long hair that reached her waist now was cut and they reached quite longer than shoulder length.

The next day Naina got ready and went to school but she put on a hairband because some strands of hair had become short and couldn't be tied up in Naina's braids.

When she came from school, her mother accidentally put her hand on Naina's head resulting in making the hairband fall...
