The Mirror

When I look into the mirror, what do I see?

I see a little infant full of glee

When I look into the mirror, what do I view?

A growing boy playing football and cricket too

When I look into the mirror, what do I find?

A man whose childhood was left behind

When I look into the mirror, what do I notice?

A married man with his new Miss.

When I look into the mirror, what do I observe?

I have beautiful kids that I truly deserve

When I look into the mirror, what do I sense?

A comfortable home with a big clean fence

When I look into the mirror, what do I feel?

An aging man with a decent meal.

So each time I checked the mirror out

It made me shudder n made me shout

To see how time has passed me by

I've had no time for fun before I die

Now when I look into the mirror, what do I see?

I see a fun copy of reality staring back at me

There is no thought or fear or torment

I'm just looking at life for the moment
