The Final Shot

This story is about Ella who had a dream to become an archery champion. She was determined and never gave up her dream.

It was 7:00 in the morning. When the birds had started chirping and the sun was rising blazing in the sunlight. Ella had just woke up from her sleep. She was getting ready to go for her archery class which was at the Archery club.

Ella was a very determined child. She always had a target to aim her arrow at the centre of the target but always failed. But she didn't give up her dream she still continued going for her archery classes as her coach had full faith and hope in her that one day she would be the worlds best woman archery champion. Ella had finished her class and was going home when a thought struck her. She thought her coach was right. She could become the worlds best woman archery champion ever.

So everyday Ella practiced aiming her target and spent a lot of time with her passion than her family. She practiced day and night till her hands would not swell and become bright red with blood and scratches.

The next day Ella had training with her coach and was able to aim very close to her target. All she had to do was concentrate and focus on her target and not lose hope. Ella's coach was really proud of her efforts put in for archery. Her coach told that no one can ever stop her from being an archery champion. Hearing this, Ella was really happy and worked even harder.

For a few weeks, Ella was having training everyday. As her coach wanted her to follow her dream and make it come true.

Then after 2 days Ella had finally aimed her target right in the centre. Ella was so happy. She felt like screaming and shouting. She felt like she was on cloud 12.

Now her coach told her she could participate in the archery championship for her state. Hearing this Ella was even more happy as her dream had finally come true.

On the day of the championship Ella was preparing herself with her warmup exercises to relax herself. When the championship started Ella aimed all her targets in the centre and automatically became the grand winner and so got a golden medal.

This story tells us that we should never give up on our dream because you will achieve it after a lot of hardwork, determination, and concentration.
