Sometimes I wonder, what am I?

Some matter, a spirit or just a simple guy

Why am I different from birds that fly?

Or any other person walking past by

 

My face, my nature even my heart

Everything is different than anyone’s cart

Brains are the same thoughts unique

Why is someone Indian, why someone Greek

 

We are the creations from the same source 

The divine, all knowing, the almighty force

Yet he made all of us separate

Everyone with unique destiny and fate

Everyone destined to open themselves a different gate

The gate behind which our lives await

 

Everyone is different in some or the other way

Yet we are strangling into the darkness of comparison day by day

Love yourself, be yourself and live everyday to the best

So that when you meet your maker, you may finally rest
