Do You Love Me???

OH, what an evening was that?

Still searching for all the fact.

Got a call from her and could feel the urgency,

Thought of meeting her made me crazy.

Got ready and left house to meet her in hurry,

Just remembering the place and was in worry.

Thinking about her and trying to find the reasons,

There was a fight between mind and heart with questions.

Mind was impatient with many if and buts,

Heart was consoling the mind and keeping away from thoughts.

Time and again looking at watch to see the time given for,

As it’s a long time since we met and seen each other.

We were very close friends and always like to be free and share,

Our problems, happiness, sorrow, joy and even our fear.

We respect each other and let anyone down,

The anguish, the selfishness never been shown.

Still remember the sweet smile and confidence in her face,

It made her smarter and more beautiful with her decent dress.

We do argue many a times, but agree to a point,

We never go to the crowded toxic joints.

Others look at us and laugh at us with silly comments,

That never bothered us and we forget all those moments.

We knew our limitations and our pros and cons,

We never waste the time as it’s very fast, while it runs.

It was always joyful when we both used to meet,

We used to exchange our smile while taking our seat.

Sometimes she used to stare at me differently,

I used to ask, what happened? very casually.

Then she says nothing and starts talking differently,

I didn’t understand and listen her very seriously.

When I used to reach late with a worried face,

She got worried seeing me and gave me a space.

We the sat there silently for few moments,

We never gave excuses and had no arguments.

We discuss about our study and make some jokes,

And we make the moment lighter with our laughs.

We never played any hide and seek game,

We celebrate together each other’s fame.

Now again looked at the watch to see the time,

It’s ok with me and reached there, everything was fine.

She saw me and gave a sweet smile,

I was wondering with her style.

We took our place in the corner of coffee shop,

She was giving me a stare full of some hope.

We ordered the coffee and tried to be relaxed,

She started on her own before being asked.

This time she never looked at me straight,

I thought may be due to a long time since we met.

The with a cool and soft voice she spoke,

Saw the tears in her eyes and she broke.

It gave me lots of pain and I asked,

Tell me everything and be relaxed.

Then she stopped and looked at me with her hazy eye,

She was straight forward and asked,’’ Do You Love Me?’

I was surprised and didn’t know what to say?

As never thought about this before this day.

She was still staring at me with smile on her face,

I was quickly going through our journey and race.

I started reviewing and getting the clue,

Unknowingly I spoke, I love you.

She was very happy and came close to me,

Hugged me, it was really what a sweet moment to see?
