Girl,an embodiment of vitality

'GIRLS', as the word is so tiny to utter,

To the patriarchal society we are that much tiny;

To them, we are just as a trivial material

To use as they wish or to decorate,

Just like a show-piece in the showcase.

From the ancient day to present modern age

They made so many boundaries around us;

Girls have no right to be equal with the boys,

Ladies can't do all that a male can,

Female can't go here and there,

Even the women can't lead their lives without permissions.

Time changes, people changes, circumstance also changes but

The cheap mentality of society will never changed.

The patriarchal society --

Worshipping a woman idol,

It's quite normal;

But appreciating the women in reality

It's just impossible.

The modern age now became ultra-modern

Still then the fetus is examined,

And if a baby girl is found there-

On that time she was killed in womb.

Girls can't go outside at night

Because of the fear of being rape,

While walking around the roads, men teased,

A beautiful woman can't resist those dirty talkers

Because of being acid attacks and so on.

That so called patriarchal society only can do these

They can't give proper respect to women.

They only can use women for their satisfactions,

They only show their power by dominating women.

At every step of life they are passing the tests,

And they achieve success in every way,

Still they don't get respect, honor, care and love.
