Manage The Change

Manage The Change

The head held high.

The back is all straight.

The rider on the horse.

Moves on with a big moustache.

With a turbaned head and a proud smile.

Eyes gleaming in confidence at heights.

The rider with a zeal of prejudice,

Moves ahead with all the big moustaches.

The rifle held horizontally straight on the shoulder

With its barrel in front and stock at the back.

As if carrying the royal sword as a memento,

The rider moves ahead with all the big moustache.

The way the rifle is held renders it useless.

As it can be shot too wide and far ahead.

It needs to be carried on horseback as the protocol calls.

To put it to use when the situation upholds.

The way it is being held,

This will only increase the danger.

If can't be used for fire,

The rider can be attacked by predators.

Change is indeed needed.

And development should be always greeted.

But one must learn to handle the change,

For it not to lead to unwanted haste.

The rider needs to put off the smug on his face.

And to introspect on how to handle the change

Modernization when blended with pursuits of prejudice.

Always leads to a fall with a moustache and fails to save the pride.
