River
River
The river that passes by her village,
I quenched my thirst in that stream
I splashed that water all over my skin,
I grabbed that broken bangle pieces,
I sense it washed away from her home
The river that passes by her village,
Those fishes looked joyful and happy,
I held them and left as she may feel angry,
I kissed those smooth polished pebbles
May be she would have trampled on them.
The river that passes by her village,
I grabbed that smooth sand in my first,
It washed away like her memories from my life
I swam across the fresh shallow stream
Claiming ownership of the orphan water.
The river that passes by her village,
The sunshine sparkled on the waves.
I could sense the glitter of her eye sight.
That sleepy waves gushed at my chest
Dropping me flat on the stony river shore.
The river that passes by her village...
