Still Locked Up
Still Locked Up
The dream she had was shattered
A doctorate she would have secured
Her ambitions had been destroyed
Her aspiration, her desires, all denied
You killed her, since she was a kid
You had declined all her bid
She has grown into a teen
But dead, forgotten how long it had been
The silent cry and weeping
With all, she's been meaning
To get out, but it was impossible
Though strength gathered, she was unable
The girl in the mirror, has no voice
She was deafened with their noise
Their words had put a stop to her
All her groaning, by no one heard.
