The Fading Dawn

One, two, three and so on,

the monster has overcasted, the lovely dawn.

The streets, which were once crowded,

are now narrating the tragedies of those dead ,

for the monster has emerged as an epidemic.

The governments are shocked,

people are locked.

The scientists have kneeled,

for there is nothing, by which, those affected can be healed.

More than a thousand people in the row,

for the labourers have miles to go.

People, who had once left their natives, 

are now returning, to their relatives.

The government is trying hard,

but the population is large.

The air is still,

Economy has come to a standstill.

People have nothing but to wait;

It seems, as if, even God has closed his gates.

The government is pleading,

but some people aren't listening.

People shouldn't gather,

' cause we need to fight together.

Thousands of bodies are lying,

the world is crying.

It's a war, which we need to fight,

against the monster which has faded the twilight.
