EMPOWERMENT OF WOMEN

A talented kathak dancer Radhika portrays the life of a housewife, who takes care of everyone and never ask for anything in return. She is humiliated for having an incomplete education. Radhika is a caring woman but nobody in the house gives importance to her except her daughter Ramya. Her husband Rahul is a loving father but doesn’t give much respect and love to Radhika. 

As the day passed, after many years, Radhika’s husband Rahul met with an accident and got his hand fractured and at the same time he had quit from his job. Radhika took good care of him. Few days later Radhika decides to search for some job to earn for their living but due to her incomplete education she was having a feeling of fear by herself and  Rahul would continuously taunts her and trying to humiliate her. But Radhika’s father-in-law supported her and told her not to be in fear and to search a job. So she started to search a job and given many interviews but she was not selected because she had not completed her education, but also she did not lose her hopes and believed in herself and was trying to search a job. Meanwhile, even Rahul was struggling with his profession after the failure in his life, he too continued searching for a job, but was being rejected from many companies and he is completely broken.

One fine day, Radhika got an opportunity to work in school as a dance teacher, but Radhika’s mother-in-law did not like Radhika to go for job because she was jealous of Radhika as his son Rahul had not been selected for job, so she was humiliating her to finish all her household work before she goes to job. Radhika used to get up early in the morning and do all the work and go to her job. After she came from her job, she would do all her household work. She used to be very tired and exhausted by doing all her works. However, after few months she was not able to balance her work and household work, so she left her job.

After few months, Ramya was scared of her family’s future expenses and worried how to pull on the day to day life. So Ramya decided to open a dance academy for her mother as she is a good dancer and with the help of her grandfather they got the workshop. Radhika was unaware of the plans of her daughter Ramya and her father-in-law. Few days later Ramya and her grandfather took Radhika to the workshop where she was surprised by seeing the name plate engraved as Radhika Dance Academy.

After few days later, she achieved new success when some students applied for her dance class, not only this, day by day the list starts getting longer and this makes Radhika is on cloud nine and super overwhelmed in tears of happiness and from this her new journey will start. Now Radhika took responsibility of her whole family. Ramya had been inspired her mother to make her dreams come true.
