Get real! The grief

You caused is real.

Do you think two words

Can erase that? Wrong!

So bloody frustrating,

Loving and hating you.

In forgiving me, you could

Find peace; forgive yourself.

Pause, before you launch into

An avalanche of expletives.

Catch your breath.

I’ll say it again, and depart,

“Forgive me, I apologise”.
