Out Of The Blue

Under the moonlight, on an empty street, we were walking..

Suddenly she held my hand and looked into my eyes with a mesmerising smile..

“What now?” I asked..

“My low IQ detector is beeping, seems like I have finally found someone with low IQ” she replied, with a humorous tone..

I chuckled but kept the silence alive..

She, then, pulled me closer, and kept gazing at my eyes with a sly smile..

“No, we are not doing it” I spoke with a distressing look..

“Yes, we are..” she replied..

“Humans don’t dance, dancing is for apes” I said... 

“You consider yourself a human? Strange..” She responded, wittily.. 

“Well, I don’t really dance, I don’t know how to? I have never danced and we don’t even have music to dance to” I said, while being worried about my dance skills..

“Shush....! You talk too much, just look into my eyes, feel every moment of this night in your bones, and dance to the rhythm of this breeze..” she replied..

I sighed and looked into her eyes by holding her hand tight.

But she pulled away..

“Hold my waist, dork” she said in an intense manner.

So I did, I grabbed her waist and she wrapped her arms around my neck..

“What is this dance style called?” I asked..

“Salsa, my dear..” she answered..

“You are being sweet” I replied..

“You really talk too much, I should lock your lips” she whispered..

“What do you mean?” I asked..

“I am glad you are not that tall” saying this, she stood on her toes and gently pressed her warm lips against mine..

Her lips tasted like petals of flower with nectar on it..

I felt the wave of heat flushing through my body so I grabbed her hips, pulled her up and sucked her lips like it was going to be the last night of my life..
