Chapter 1

*Akira*

I went to the grocery store to buy steak to celebrate beating all the bad guys and completing the quest for the Ayanna element pearl. Skyler bought chips and dip and then, after we bought groceries, I went home and cooked the steak then we went to the park and met her and Yumi there.

*Ayanna*

Hey, Yumi. I’m making sushi. Can you help me roll sushi?

*Yumi*

Sure, Ayanna, I will help you. Isn’t it expensive to make sushi?

*Ayanna*

Yeah, but it’s time to celebrate that we finally got all my elemental pearls. So we should  make good sushi. It’s our celebration. We deserve a reward after finally beating the bad guys.

*Yumi*

Did you get all the supplies we needed?

*Ayanna*

I have all I need just for today. 

*pause while they work together*

*Ayanna*

Do you think Akira will like the sushi? 

*Yumi*

Why do you care what Akira thinks about the sushi?

*Ayanna*

I want to get to know him more! Now that I know he’s not bad, I hope we’ll get along. Yeah. I know I have trust issues, but I started to trust him a little bit and well, I…

*Yumi*

What? Don't tell me–did you start to admit that you like him? 

*Ayanna*

No! I don’t like him that way.

*Yumi*

Then why did you suddenly start talking about Akira when we were talking about sushi?  Are you starting to like him? You just admitted that he is not bad and you started to trust him a little bit. Are you sure you are not interested in him? 

*Ayanna*

What are you talking about? I'm not interested in him. (Blush) You’re crazy!

*Yumi*

Mmmhmm. Sure.

*Ayanna*

Whew, it is a lot of work making sushi! Now it is complete. Ok, Yumi, let’s go meet the boys at the park. Thank you for helping me, Yumi.

*Yumi*

You are welcome! Now let’s go to the park.

*Ayanna*

When me and Yumi finished making sushi, we went to the park to meet the boys. I wondered what Akira had brought.

 *Akira*

Ok, we’re here, Skyler. Looks like the girls are not here yet, so we went to the picnic table and I put steak on the table and now we’re waiting for the girls.

*Yumi*

Oh wait, Ayanna.

*Ayanna*

What is it, Yumi?

*Yumi*

We need to buy drinks before we go meet the boys at the park.

*Ayanna*

Oh!! we need drinks,  Let go to the grocery to buy sodas then we go to the park.

*Yumi*

Alright, let’s go. So Ayanna and I stopped to buy pop, then we went to the park, and now we are meeting the boys.

*Ayanna*

Alright we’re here. There, the boys are sitting over there by the picnic table. Oh, it looks like they brought food. Let’s go!

*Yumi*

Ok.

So we ran to the boys and said hi.

Hey, boys. We are here. I give Skyler a kiss on the cheek and give him a hug.

We brought sushi that we made.

*Skyler*

Oh wow that look delicious put the food over there

*Akira*

woah is that sushi? That look exspensive.  we also brought steak.

*Yumi*

Wow! You brought a steak? That was also expensive. Is it that big of a deal that we defeated the bad guys?

*Skyler*

Yes it very important we save the world. Ok, everyone, let's dig in!

*Everyone*

Yeah let's eat!!!

*Ayanna*

So me and everyone started to dig in. We talked and chatted having fun enjoying food to celebrate our reward to complete the elemental Jewel.

Chapter 2

*Ayanna*

Mmm, that steak is good, Akira did you really make it?

It's better than mine. Try my Sushi. What do you think? It’s my first time making it.

*Akira*

“Let's see,” 

I tried Ayanna sushi and said, "You need to do better. Ayanna, keep practicing. But, I will still eat your sushi even if it is not 100% good since this is your first time and you worked so hard on it.

*Ayanna*

You jerk!

She thumped Akira’s head with her knuckles.

*Akira *

Ouch! Ayanna what was that for?

*Ayanna*

For making me mad because you didn’t like my sushi.

*Akira*

Why are you so mad all of a sudden? Calm down, I didn’t say it was bad, it 's just that you need more practice.

 *Ayanna*

Hmp (blush) “I'm going to go to the lake and relax!”

*Yumi*

I whisper to Akira “ Don’t worry she trusts you, Akira, she is just too shy to tell you. Akira, my friend, someday she will show you her kind side if you give her time.

*Akira*

Ok, Yumi. I will bear with her. (sighing) I’ll have to get used to this. 

I followed her and saw her sitting on the lake taking a breath. “There you are, why are you running away from me? I said your food is ok. I didn't  say it was bad.”

*Ayanna*

Hmp

*Akira*

 What is going on with you? You seem to get mad every little thing I do. Come on, Ayanna, you weren’t acting that way while we were on the battlefield. We got along so well. I felt like you started to trust me and you were nice and kind, for a change. Why are you being like this, now? What's on your mind, come tell me Ayanna?

*Ayanna*

Nothing (blush) “I don't know, maybe something is going on in my mind…” (I lie to him but its just that… I like him. But I couldn't show it. I don't know why. I know I have feelings for him, but I’m too scared to tell him. So, I will let him figure it out.)

Chapter 3

*Akira*

I sat at the lake with Ayanna, (she was relaxing and she closed her eyes). I sat next to her staring. She was beautiful when the wind blew her snow-white hair. I wanted to move closer to her. My feelings pulled me in and made me want to kiss her. I don't know why, but I leaned in and kissed her. She felt my lips touch hers, and she opened her eyes in shock.

*Ayanna*

Why you… jerk! I (punches him on the head)

That was my first kiss you little….! (Blush)

 

*Akira*

Ouch!! I Just …  sorry! You were, well, just … Nothing

*Ayanna*

I was in shock. Akira just kissed me! I stood up and ran off, blushing really hard.

*Akira*

What is that glow around her? Is it an aura? What does it mean that it’s really pink?

*Skyler*

Hey buddy what just happened? Why did Ayanna get angry and run off? Did you do something to make her mad?

*Akira*

Well… you see I kinda snuck a kiss without her permission.

*Skyler*

Hahaha! (lmao) Nice! How did she react when you snuck in and kissed her?

*Akira*

You already saw that she was mad about it.

*Skyler*

Did she say something before she ran off?

*Akira*

That …I kinda stole her first kiss. And then she punched me on the head.

*Skyler*

Dang, man. Hahaha.

*Akira*

But the way, Skyler, did you see some pink thing on Ayanna?

*Skyler*

Pink thing on her? Where? I don't see it on her.

*Akira*

You couldn't see the pink thingy? Am I the only one who can see it?

*Skyler*

Hey, I think you are seeing things. Hey, buddy, let’s go talk to Yumi. She might know what that pink thing was.

*Akira*

Ok, let's talk to Yumi then.

*Skyler*

Ok, come on. Let’s ask Yumi what you saw on Ayanna.

*Akira*

So I went to Yumi with Skyler.

*Skyler*

Hey, Yumi!!

*Yumi*

What? Who called my name?

I turned around and saw Skyler and Akira.

Oh hey guys what is it?

*Skyler*

Hey, Yumi, my friend Akira has a question for you.

*Yumi*

Sure, Skyler. Do you want to tell me something, Akira?

*Akira*

Well, I want to ask you what that pink thing around Ayanna? My friend Skyler couldn't see it, but I can, so Yumi, can you see the pink thing on Ayanna or not?

*Yumi*

The mood aura on Ayanna? Yes, I can see her aura. Oooh looks like something got her blushing.

*Akira*

So the pink thingy that I saw was a mood aura?

*Yumi* 

Yep. It is called the mood aura. What did you do, Akira? She looked kind of embarrassed.

*Akira*

Nothing! (blush)

Well, look at his aura turn pink. I think you did something to Ayanna that made her embarrassed.
