The Sport House

Once upon a time, many sports like cricket, football, baseball, hockey, and many more lived in a house. They lived in a huge house in Norway and were close to the seaside. They had many amazing neighbours like Sara, Ryan, Kevin, and Lily.

One day, all the sports started arguing about who was the best sport. Everyone gave their ideas to tell that they were the best sport.

Cricket said “Everyone, I am the best sport, we have a bat and a ball, you throw the ball and hit it with the bat. I am also the most famous sport in India, there are so many matches and in every single of them, all the seats are full. Most world cup match happens once in four years.”

Hearing this football said “No, I am the best sport, everyone in America loves me. You have a ball, just kick it with your foot into the net, voila, done”

To which everyone started fighting, about who was the best, it started getting violent and everyone started hitting each other, with pillows, sticks, vases and this continued for some time, and their house was on the verge of being destroyed if it weren’t for their neighbours to show up. 

They came in and were horrified by what they saw, they sat on the couch and started asking all the sports what happen as their house was always clean, and never messy.

Every sport went red in the face, and cricket started blabbering, that “we fought badly, this is the reason, we were fighting about who is the best sport”.

Their neighbours calmed them down and explained to them, that they are all the best, but some sport is famous in one area and others in another, they also had their qualities and goals, it just depended on the linking of people and there was no need to fight.

After explaining to them, their neighbours helped the sports to arrange their house as it once was, all beautiful and nice.

After that day, no one fought and lived HAPPILY EVER AFTER!!
