Mukesh is an 18-year-old kid who has a very weak immune system. When it comes to his health, he has the worst luck in it. He is always falling sick with one thing or another, and his life is full of troubles and challenges. He studies in a college where the faculty is very strict and does not believe in giving leave to students. Mukesh has to face many serious and awkward situations because of his unwellness and the college rules.

Mukesh then schedules an appointment with the doctor. In the evening, with a worried expression, he enters the clinic with a bunch of medical reports in hand. He approaches Dr. Mishra, who's seen Mukesh more times than he can count.

Mukesh: (nervously) Doc, I am telling you, I am like a human magnet for illnesses. I catch everything – cold, fever, even a bad mood!

Dr. Mishra: (raising an eyebrow) Mukesh, again? You were here just last week!

Mukesh: Yeah, but this time it's different. My right elbow hurts when I sneeze.

Dr. Mishra: What the...

Mukesh: Yeah, seriously yaar I mean , why always me??

Dr. Mishra: (muttering) Sneezing- elbow pain, new diagnosis every day. Alright, let's see those reports.

Mukesh hands over a stack of papers to Dr. Mishra, who starts flipping through them with a sigh.

Dr. Mishra: (sarcastically) Mukesh, are you collecting these reports as a hobby?

Mukesh: No, Doc, it's just that I want to keep you updated.

Dr. Mishra:  Updated on what? Your body's daily adventures? Anyways, I have got a prescription for you. This time, I am increasing the dosage of your medicines and my advice to you would be that once you recover, buy some multivitamins and consume them at least twice a day. Also, take rest. Don't go to college for a few days.

Mukesh: Thank you, doc.

Dr. Mishra: (smiling) No problem, Mukesh. Now, if you will excuse me, I have patients with actual and serious problems waiting.

Mukesh leaves the clinic with being shocked the amount of medicines that were mentioned on the prescription.

As Mukesh was walking home and casually moving along the footpath, he noticed a massive traffic jam on the roads. A nearby auto driver honked once, then twice, and thrice. Being annoyed, Mukesh muttered to himself, G**nd me ghusega kya?(Will you get inside one's bloody ass?)

Mukesh, relieved that his doctor's visit only resulted in a prescription for tablets and only a single syrup, returns home. Mukesh decides to have dinner and then opens the medicine bag and starts consuming the tablets, then Mukesh hesitates for a moment before pouring the syrup into the measuring cap. He inspects it closely and says, Yeh toh moot jaisa dikh raha hai!(This looks like pee)

Mukesh then suddenly starts coughing and then frustratingly says: Saala din me 1000 baar khaas- khaas ke jaan nikal gayi hai meri.( After coughing 1000 times a day, I feel like my soul will come out of my body )

The next day, Mukesh wanted to take a day off from college. He called his professor and asked for leave due to severe cold and fever, but the professor refused. He said that Mukesh was lying and trying to bunk the class under the influence of his classmates. He threatened to fail Mukesh if he did not attend the lecture. Mukesh had no choice but to go to college, even though he felt terrible. He reached the college and entered the classroom, where he saw that the professor was taking attendance. He tried to say present, but instead, he sneezed loudly and sprayed his nasal mucus all over the table. The professor was furious and disgusted, and he shouted at Mukesh to get out of the class and go home. He said that Mukesh would make everyone sick. Mukesh was embarrassed and ran out of the class, while the other students laughed at him.

After a long time, Mukesh got an opportunity on his first date with Rita, the girl he had a crush on for months. He planned to take her to watch a film and then go to a good restaurant. However, on the day of the date, he woke up with a severe case of diarrhea. He tried to ignore it and went ahead with his plans, hoping it would go away. But as soon as he reached the restaurant, he felt a sudden urge to use the bathroom. He ran to the nearest one, only to find out that it was out of order. He had no choice but to use the ladies' room, where he bumped into Rita, who was waiting in line. She was shocked and disgusted to see him there, and quickly left. Mukesh was humiliated and heartbroken and spent the rest of the night on the toilet.

A few months later, Mukesh was determined to ace his final exams, which he had been studying hard for. He wanted to impress his parents and teachers and get into a good college. He had prepared well for all the subjects, except for accountancy, which he hated. He decided to study for it the night before the exam and stayed up late reading his textbook and notes. However, on the day of the exam, he woke up with a severe headache and nausea. He tried to ignore it and went ahead with his plans, hoping it would go away. But as soon as he reached the exam hall, he felt a sudden urge to vomit. He thought to go to the washroom quickly, but before he could get up -he threw up all over his accountancy paper. He was feeling very embarrassed, and the invigilator disqualified him for inappropriate behavior and disruption of the examination. Mukesh was devastated and failed the exam.

Mukesh was fed up with his life. He felt that he was cursed with bad health and bad luck. He hated his college and his professor, who never gave him a leave. He had no friends and no fun. He decided to run away from home and start a new life somewhere else. He packed his bags and left a note for his parents, saying that he was sorry and that he loved them.

He took a bus to the nearest railway station, where he planned to catch a train to anywhere. He reached the station and bought a ticket for the next train. He waited on the platform, where he saw a familiar face. It was Rita, the girl he had a crush on for months. She was also waiting for the same train. Mukesh felt a surge of hope and happiness. He decided to approach her and talk to her, hoping that she would forgive her. He thought that maybe this was his chance to start a new relationship and a new life.

He walked towards her, smiling and waving. He called out her name, hoping to get her attention. But as he reached her, he felt a sudden pain in his chest. He kept a hand on his heart and collapsed on the ground. He had a heart attack. He looked up at Rita, who was staring at him in shock and horror. He tried to say something, but he could not speak. He closed his eyes and took his last breath.

Rita ran to him and tried to wake him up. She recognized him as the boy she planned to go on a date with. She felt a mix of emotions such as guilt and sadness. She wondered why he had come to talk to her, and what he had wanted to say. She then thought maybe he came to apologize to her. But she became emotional and hugged his body, as the train arrived and left without them.

Rita quickly calls an ambulance and asks for help from people around. The ambulance shows up fast, and paramedics jump into action. They take care of Mukesh, who has fainted, doing all they can to help.

The ambulance rushes to the hospital with Mukesh inside, sirens blaring. Rita goes along, worried but determined. At the hospital, the doctors and nurses take over, working hard to figure out what's wrong and help Mukesh get better.

Rita stays close, hoping for good news. It's a tough time, but doctors are doing their best to help Mukesh pull through.

After a tense wait, the doctor finally emerges from the emergency room. With a mix of relief and concern, Rita looks to the doctor for news about Mukesh. The doctor explains, He already wasn't feeling very well, and it turns out the stress caused a heart attack. It's more common than you might think in youngsters. Luckily, we managed to save him, and he didn't lose his life.

Rita absorbs the information, a wave of emotions washing over her. Grateful that Mukesh is still alive, she realizes the harsh reality of the toll stress can take on someone's health.

As Mukesh gets better in the hospital, he realizes he messed up by leaving home. After getting discharged, he meets Rita and gives her a tight hug. Rita apologises to him and Mukesh says: Rita, it wasn't your fault. This is just the damn way my destiny unfolds, but meeting you has been a good part of my destiny. I have to go home now, please find in your heart to forgive me. Let's plan another date soon.

Rita smiles and gives him a gentle kiss on the cheek. Mukesh bids goodbye and goes straight home. When his mom sees him, she can't hold back tears. Mukesh hugs his mom, and his dad joins in too. It's a really emotional moment for the family, and Mukesh knows he should've stayed home. The whole experience makes him appreciate his family more and understand the importance of being with them during tough times.
