Women Leadership And Gender Equality!

A leader according to me doesn't have a gender. The basic function of a leader is to keep the team united, integrated and to produce something unique from the collaboration of the team members.

I don't understand why they think that women cannot lead a group, party or a country. It might hurt the ego of men seeing a women leading them but people have to accept that this is not a male dominant era. Either it be male or female, they are both humans and they require the same basic resources, then where does this difference originate from?

If God would not have wanted the females to be at the same position as men, then why would he have made the females a human being? Isn't it obvious that these anti -feminist people are defying the law of God?

Females might differ from males based on the body structure but do they not have the same kind of heart, kidney, liver and brain?

Do they not feel the same emotions?

And do they not ponder over the same universe?

Anyway, The truth is that women can be the leaders and can work with the same efficiency and proficiency that men can or can prove to be even better!

Many great women have set an example for every young determined female that they can stand shoulder to shoulder in the race with men.

Some instances of the most powerful women are: Shrimati Indira Gandhi who became the first female prime minister of India and served the country till her last breath.

Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth of England are yet another examples to show the leadership of women.

The contribution of females are many in both educational and uneducational feilds which cannot be discussed in this short essay but at last I would like to suggest all those egoistic people who are not able to see a women at a better place than them to accept their defeat and live unitedly in the world which has no gender inequality.
