Emotionally challenged, 

Life feels like a battle, 

Heart constantly tangled, 

Mind in a constant rattle.

Days are filled with tears, 

Nights with endless fears, 

Loneliness is a constant guest, 

Peace seems like a distant quest.

Happiness feels like a myth, 

Joy seems too hard to grip, 

Pain is a familiar friend, 

Hopelessness seems to never end.

Trying hard to hold on, 

But every day feels like a con, 

Life is a struggle, 

Emotions are a juggle.

Wishing for a moment of respite, 

A chance to see a brighter light, 

To feel love and not just survive, 

To know that one day, they will thrive.
