Little Girl Who Sang In Dreams

I had conceived and it was during my 8th month of pregnancy. I had a pet dog and he used to sleep next to me. My husband used to come home late night after finishing his work. It was only me and my puppy in the room. I used to have a small nap until he comes home. I used to hear some small girl singing all night. Many times I have woken up my husband to see who was that and ended up finding no one. I thought it was my illusion and lied down with no sleep. I woke up many nights suddenly to make myself sure that my baby was all normal. I waited until she makes some movements and slept back.

One day, I went for a walk as normal as any day with my pet. At the end of the street, I saw a small girl in a baby pink frock with 2 sides ponytailed. she was very apparently visible I could not realize why. She was singing the song and calling me near to her, her face was frightening. I vaguely remember the song, But it was very husky. I held the belt of my puppy, he started pulling me backward without allowing me to go to her. I started shouting at my puppy for not allowing me to go. He started barking at the small girl. he never barked so unusual and cruelly ever in the past. I was so frightened and stood still and shocked without any movement. I later wondered why the street was so empty, and why that little girl was standing alone, A moment later, that small girl disappeared. I started looking for her surprisingly how within a blink of an eye she was disappeared.

Suddenly I heard the doorbell. I then realized it was a dream. I suddenly woke up from sleep, heart started beating rigorously and a small shock pain started inside the belly. I was so scared and touched my baby to make sure she slept peacefully. I opened the door and told my husband about the dream. He consoled me. It was a one more sleepless night for me. I can never forget that bad dream and even to this day, I thank my puppy for saving me in my dream.
