  Princess Bhanumati of Nayagad was a beautiful young maiden. A number of princes from different kingdoms wanted to marry her. A contest was organized to select the right match for princess. The princess made a unique❄ announcement, " I will marry the prince who forces me to break my silence. "

  Several princesses came to Nayagad and accepted the challenge. They sat before the princess and through varous action they tried to make her laugh or speak, but in vain. All of them failed or speak but in vain. All of them failed miserably and returned to their respective kingdom. 

  One day, an old man came to Nayagad. He introduced himself as the prince of Surandranagar. He said to the king, "I've heard that the princess has thrown a challenge on the princes who are willing to marry her. I've come here to accept that challenge and would like to try and break her silence. "

   

As per the announcement, the contestant should be a prince and the old man was fulfilling the requirement. Therefore, the king allowed him to participate in the contest. Princess Bhanumati came in the court and sat before the old prince for the contest. 


   As soon as she sat, the old prince got up from his seat and swiftly moved up to her. He held her hand tightly and said in a very emotional voice, "O dear, I know you have been waiting for me for long. We love each other so much that now we cannot stay away. Why don't you tell your parents about our love?? "

   Shocked by the sudden approach and display of love, the princess has forgotten that she did not have to speak. 

   She shouted angrily, "Who are you? You liar! I have never loved you. Why should I love an old man like you? " 

   Hearing this the prince laughed and removed his wig and make-up. A handsome prince was standing before her 

   Everyone was surprised to see the handsome prince. The princess happily accepted her defeat and married the clever prince. 

    

     The moral of the story:- Fate favors the brave. ....
