Moon’s Shadow (chapter 3 Onwards)

Chapter Akuji 

The next day, I go to our usual meeting place as I do I read through the list of fake heroes Joshua gave me. They all seem a pretty good batch of fake heroes that deserve to be killed. So this would be a good list for Sensei Michael to have, but I still have an uneasy feeling about killing people even though this are bad heroes and they deserve it but still I dislike killing. I mean yes I see why especially our last meeting where we had this conversation, plus a new member joining us I felt a little shy but obviously my Sensei understands why I feel uneasy about kill and honestly he doesn't blame me not even Guro who really hates these heroes. Though I guess I also agree we need to do something to change peoples minds and society even though it has to be killing. In our last meeting we all agreed we will only kill people who deserve it or that are just really bad heroes like some I can mention but I won't cause everyone knows how bad some heroes can be once they have the power and wealth on their side. We agreed along with this so we just don't kill unnecessarily or kill innocent people or anyone who may get mix in with our fights with heroes. 

Once I get to our place of operation I get greeted by my members, our new member Sora doesn't quite trust us but he seems he wants some revenge for the heroes and agree with our ideas for the moment, he is the only one that doesn't greet me or see me as a leader just yet which is okay with me, cause to be honest I am the leader only because of some skills I have. Anyway I start the meeting and talk about Joshua and how he is going to help us go to America. I continue to say to them that we can trust him and he also gave us the hero list, so it was just a matter who is going to do the list cause we all can't kill the heroes on this list cause that would bring to much attention to us and we don't want to get caught by the heroes. Sensei comes towards me and takes the list, "I think I should be the only one do the list as that makes the most sense" Michael says seriously, seeming eager to do this by himself.

"Uh but Michael you can't do it all by yourself, I mean there is a lot there and what if you get caught?" I ask.

Michael pats my head, "Don't worry, I can handle a couple of fake heroes, it's not going to effect me so you can trust me plus it's better if one of us does it, and I can promote our placement better as well" Michael says to me. 

I think about as I look at Michael seeing he speaks some truth and that he is more then ready to fight. I know I can trust him and that he is strong enough to fight a who lot of heroes by himself. 

"Mhm alright any objections?" I ask the rest of the team.

Everyone seemed happy to let Michael handle the fake heroes so I agreed and let Michael have the list of heroes. We then talked about any problems or things we can improve then end the meeting. We all leave to do our own thing and I leave thinking of the things we talked about a bit worried about Michael.

                   Michael

I walk on home after the meeting, glad that Akuji let me do the job of killing these fake heroes, I chuckle thinking how much fun I am going to have. I look over the list as I go home to get my sword so I can start the massacre. Once I get home and tell Akuji by text that I am going after one of the fake heroes, I grab my sword. It's a heavy steel sword, with a red like blade down the middle, it's handle was also red which is like katana like handle. I take it and put in the sheath on my back and instantly put my hand on the handle and keep it there as it had been a habit of mine for many years then go to find my first target. I tie my long dark purple hair like a Japanese samurai style as I walk around going in the general direction of my target. Once I see my target , I walk over to them and smirk which shows my vampire like teeth. I cut my thumb on my teeth as I walk to the hero, he seemed to notice me and kinda looks at me. I touch his arm where the skins is exposed with my hand that I cut. 

"Hey sorry I am a little lost maybe you can help me" I say as I smirk showing my fangs.

The hero kinda shivers but says that he can try to help when he notices he can move. "Uh I can try to help but" the hero begins to say.

"Can't move" I cut in smirking evilly. 

The hero looks at me with a little panic, like he didn't think he would have to deal with a villain before so I started to drag him into the nearest alleyway. The hero tried to struggle his way to move but he couldn't, so he started to panic and asking me questions. I didn't answer him as I walk deep enough into the alleyway where no one can hear us then I shoved him into a wall and drawing out my sword. 

"What do you want I give you anything!" The hero yells panicking.

I stab through his arm with my sword, the sword was strong to break the bones in his arm as I strike through it. The hero screams in pain which I smirk like a mad man enjoying his suffering. 

"What I want? Oh I just want to kill you slowly" I mock with a smirk. 

"What! Why? What have I done?" The hero ask seeming more scared now 

I then stab through his leg breaking it as my sword goes through his leg, "You used ten hero trainees for a mission they couldn't handle and ended up dying, you also abuse your slaves and you killed one person with a DIN'S that had way to much power, you also only just use your hero job to just make money and become famous so now I am bringing you justice by killing you" I say as cold as ice, my yellow eyes glow meanly down at him with hatred.

The hero howls in pain, "How did you fucking know that!" He says as he glares at me painfully.

"I guess I been watching fake heroes like you" I say then stab through his other leg breaking his bones as I strike. The hero continues to be in pain as I enjoy taking my time but now I should finish him off, I then slit his throat which cuts open his neck down to the bone, then I cut down his torso ripping up his chest that cut open down to his back bone cracking it a bit making him paralysed so he can't move as he bleed out. I then leave him to bleed to death and walk through the alleyways so I don't get noticed by people around me as I have blood on my shirt and pants for the hero bleed out so much. So I walked the alleyways to avoid people and heroes so I don't get questioned or be put into jail, as I walked I told Akuji I finished one of them and that I am going to to one at least every second night till people begin to notice. She texted me back to say, okay just be careful and try your best not to get caught. I text back to say not to worry and that I can handle it then put away my phone. I eventually get home which then I go to get new clothes and have a shower. After I do that I go to sleep for then night as what I needed to do is done. 

The next day I go off to my job, now as you all may know my name is Michael and I work two jobs during the week, one is being a barista at a coffee shop in the morning the next is being a bartender at night. These two jobs keep me quite happy with the income plus not a lot of people know me well enough to recognise me as well as the team. Now I bet you all are wondering what my DIN'S since I did use it on that hero that I killed last night. Well I let you all guess for now but I give you a little hint, yes it has to do with blood and it does have to do with my fangs that I have permanently. But it's much more than that but I am not going to share everything with you but my second little hint would be I am technically a vampire, but not a full vampire cause if I was any vampire I would be pretty useless so I could have a choice in between being a hero or a normal, in this case I am a normal because of my past which luckily since then I have been able to hide my real identity and DIN'S. So that's why I am getting you to guess cause what fun would it be if I gave you all the answers huh. I kinda chuckle liking to give people the impression of how mysterious I can be but in all truth I am just evil liking to keep other in the dark while I know much more about them. 

Anyway on to my jobs, I got to the cafe I work at and started to work throughout the day. This coffee shop is on the lower ends of society so only normals come when they get time, sometimes the occasional hero. While I work a customer comes in and they seem to know me cause not usually I get people who do. 

"Oh hello Michael, may I have a latte please?" Says the stranger.

I look at them kinda confused a moment when I recognised them and knew them from a long time ago my jaw drops. "Ceon?" I ask a little star struck.

"Yeah, so you do remember me old friend" Ceon chuckles a little.

"Yeah it like been what years since the last time I saw you" I say as I offer him a seat at the bench near where I work.

Ceon smiles and takes it, "Yes it's has been a long time" he says a bit sadly. 

"Yeah so what you been up to?" I ask him as I start to make his coffee.

"Well since the last time I seen you I been working for heroes and now I am kind of a teacher now as well as work as a hero, you?" He asked me.

"Really oh nice, well I work two jobs now so, yeah" I say a bit cold as I learn my best friend has became a hero. 

"Oh nice at least that's better than hero work" Ceon chuckles a little.

"Yeah in some way" I say as I laugh a little.

"Hey when you have a break or something can I talk to you privately?" Ceon asks me kind of seriously as he glares at me a bit intimidatingly.

"Uh sure, give me say a few hours of work" I say

Ceon nods, "Alright" he says.

I give him his coffee then I continue to work doing other peoples orders and working quite focused.

Ceon seem to watch me as I work other the next couple of hours, I felt watched like as if I made one wrong move he would tear me down and possibly put me in jail. I eventually get a break and I take Ceon out to the alleyway nearby so we can talk privately. 

"So you wanted to talk about something?" I ask once we are finally alone.

"Yeah, say, Michael your sure your not a villain?" He asks me.

"Uh yeah man why?" I ask him

Ceon suddenly pushes me into the wall behind me, "Because I don't want to be that friend that will have to put you in jail that's why and if I find you lying I won't be just sending you to jail" he says as his black like eyes threaten be with a death stare.

I tense up, "uh I am fairly sure man, you know we are just friends here so you can trust me" I say as I smile a bit. 

Ceon smirks a little and comes close, "If I ever find out you are lying to me you owe me, got it" he says deeply before backing away.

"Yeah I got it" I say with a bit of a smile.

"Okay then, here take my number so we can stay in contact" Ceon says as he hands me a slip of paper.

"Okay I will" I say as I take it then we part ways.

I returned to go to work but no matter how much I try to focus I couldn't help but have Ceon on my mind, I seriously could not believe he is a hero now. Like we were best friends when we were little especially because we both have strong DIN'S and the fact he is also when we lived together through the roughest times. Anyway work for now I will focus on this later. I work for the next couple of hours till I work at the bar and then go there and start doing my next job. As I worked at the bar I had a few customers then Ceon came in as a customer, he took a seat at the bench. "Hey~ mind if I get a gin and tonic" he says with a bit of a smirk.

"Sure" I say and go make him the drink. 

I give it to him when I finished making it, Ceon looks at me a bit curiously as I then continued to focus on me work. He then waves me over once I finish a few orders, I go to him.

"Hey your okay? We haven't seen each other in a long time and tonight is slow so why not talk to me?" Ceon asks. 

"Oh well uh sorry I am just kinda focused on my job right now" I say as an excuse.

"Really? Say can I come over to your place then after your shift?" Ceon asks. 

"Uh- I do know man" I say.

"Come on, we used to live together what's wrong now?" Ceon asks.

I look at him sigh a little, "Fine, fine only tonight" I say.

"Okay, I understand" Ceon says as he looks into my eyes.

At that moment I knew I been found out, I could tell he knows me fair to well to know when I am nervous or if there is something wrong which there was something wrong with how he is a hero and I am a villain. I panicked a little quickly looking away, I knew I was giving myself away at this point so I quickly grabbed my phone. Ceon had made himself over the bench onto my side and grabbed my phone that's in my hand from behind me.

"Who your going to text, eh Michael?" Ceon asks me in a dark whisper.

"Oh um just someone" I say as I kinda shake. "Also your not allowed at the back" I say as I try to calm my nerves.

"Really? Though I am not a hero?" He asks me as grips me and pulls me as if he was taking me away.

He goes to my boss and says that I am done for the night, my boss didn't seem to have any mind with that as it was a slow night anyway. Ceon continues to drag me, "Now tell me where you live" he says seriously 

"Ceon, you can't just drag me around" I say slightly annoyed.

Ceon then pushes me into a wall, "I said were do you live?" He asks this time his eyes gleam with a bit of a fire in his eyes.

I tell him where I live then he drags me again taking me home. Once we got to my home he throws me in and locks the door.

"You lied to me" Ceon hissed kinda pissed

"That's because your a God damn hero your one of those things that ruined our lives Ceon" I hissed back this time taking a fighting stance. 

Ceon walks to me and kinda pushes me which I then push him back.

"You lied to me" he hissed louder and then grabs my collar of my shirt and drags me into my room.

"Can you stop dragging me!" I yell anger 

Ceon pushes me into my bed and pins on the bed with his knee to my neck. He then grabs my arms and cuffs them onto the bed frame. 

"You think I didn't notice how different you were acting!" Ceon yells angrily.

I try to struggle away or to try to get out of the cuffs, "Maybe since we haven't seen each other for years and that your a fucking hero with not fucking sense!" I yell

Ceon hits me, "Then your a fucking dumb villain!" He yells huffing obviously quite mad.

I look at him angry about to say something but obviously I stop because right now I can see we are going to fight each other over this.

"Then why not put me in jail" I grumble 

"Cause I told you if I ever found out I will not just be putting you into jail" Ceon says as he takes out a knife and puts it to my neck.

"So your going to hurt me how un-hero you are" I mock him.

"No I am going to make you my slave" Ceon says with lust in his eyes. 

"So your going to make your best friend into your slave" I say a bit as a mock.

"Exactly~ then you can be as villainous as you want right, your killing the fake heroes who need to be taught a lesson and one day you can teach me, okay Michael~" he says in a hit whisper.

I flush and I look at him, "Why, I mean like what am" I get stopped by him as he but his finger ti my mouth.

"Michael, are we not friends? Haven't we been brothers to each other, I would never ever let my hero job ever effect your life and obviously you got good reasons but it pains me you see me as your enemy, are we not brothers?" He asks me as he strokes my cheek.

I looked at him stunned as I realise that I was thinking wrong of him, "I- I don't know- it's been so many years" I answer, for some reason he always made me flush.

"Then what am I to you?" He asks as he drag the knife down cutting my shirt.

"I- I don't- man stop I don't know what your doing or anything else okay" I say starting to flush more.

"No- you know, what I am doing- you know something but you didn't think you could ever accept that you like me, don't you?" Ceon says his eyes looking into my eyes deeply.

I flush more, I my have liked Ceon for a long time but I always feared that he would never do that in return. 

"I-" I sigh, "Yeah your right, I- I always liked you- I could never tell you cause I didn't think you like me back" I admit.

Ceon looks at me in silence, he wasn't judging me or anything just looking at me like that I have done him wrong by never telling him and it took him to do this to make me confess my feelings.

"Ceon- I am sorry man" I say.

Ceon then covers my mouth as he continues to be silent, I look at him as he seems to be thinking. 

"So- after all this time you tell me you like me?" He asked sounding kinda sad but something about this seemed to relax him. I nod as I had my mouth covered as I can't talk like this.

"You remember what I do to those who lie and keep secrets from me?" He asks me now sounding kind of hurt. 

I nod again as I look at him with a sad look that said I am sorry not that I ever mean to keep anything from him cause I understand how he feels about this kind of stuff.

"So you understand how much trouble your in?" He asks me. 

I nod accepting that I maybe hurt during this but I deserve it as I know how much he values me as his friend. 

"Then I am going to teach you not to ever to this again~" Ceon says as he smirks.

He then starts to punish me with cruel words and some pain but I didn't mind. He then also makes love with me during this but I enjoyed everything he did no matter what he did, I enjoyed it.

After several hours of this Ceon and I had a really long time of catching each other with our life's and what we plan on doing. Ceon meant what he said to me about me becoming his servant and so I will have to tell my leader Akuji but I can trust Ceon and we can work together even though I maybe his slave but I look forward to working with as one. But for now it is as it is and we enjoy the rest of the day with each other. 

Chapter Ceon

I wake up next to my new slave Michael who is still asleep so I wake him up so I can bring him to my hero placement today. Michael wake's up sleepily and he tries to stretch but he is still cuffed to the bed. 

"Morning~" I say as I set him free.

Michael blushes at me as he stretches, "Morning" he says sleepily. 

"Get ready I will take you to my placement" I say as I kiss his check and wink at him, then walk out to cook breakfast for us both.

While Michael get ready I cook breakfast and set up the table for us. I also make us our morning coffee then finish the rest of our breakfast and set it out on the table. By then Michael had gotten changed and came out to eat, after we finished breakfast we started to head out to my hero placement. Once we get to my hero placement we work together over a few things and let Michael do what he needs to do like text his team or talk to who he needs I just hope he lets me into whatever his is working on. We continue to work over the day together and Michael seemed happy to be with me again which I am also happy to be with him. I the get a call as I am needed with some assistance with a murder they have seen which I agree to look at. So I get Michael to come with me and we go to the scene of the murder. Once we got there I look at the body that looked ripped open and I could see that the person had broken bones. I could easily see who killed this man and I kinda look at Michael which he gave me a bit of a worried look. I sigh then tell the police officers and some of the pro heroes to let me figure this one out which they agreed to cause I am always good at finding villains and criminals. Then after we were done with the crime scene I took us home to talk about a few things. After we did I went with him to one of their villain meetings as I promised I wouldn't throw all them into jail. I listen in to what they had to say and it seemed that a girl is their leader her name I soon learn to be is Akuji. She ask Michael if I am okay to trust especially bring me here was the right choice. Michael assured her that we can trust me as he explains that we are best friends like brothers but maybe more soon and he tells her that he is my slave so if anything does happen then I will be the one getting punished. I just listen to them talking and thinking about this but I couldn't help but feel a little uncomfortable about them talking things about me but the stares that I got from one of them made me more uncomfortable. After they had talked about Akuji walks up to me, "Are you willing to help us and our placement?" She asks as she looks at me.

"Sure of course, I would be happy to help plus I can keep you all undercover from the heroes till you make your goal" I say as I slightly smile and bow. 

"Alright then you will be okay with Michael keeping an eye on you?" Akuji asks.

"Yes of course that doesn't bother me" I say as I slightly smile. 

"Alright then welcome to our placement, may I have your number so I could text you or call you for meetings or updates" Akuji asks.

"Yeah of course" I say as I write down my number and give it to her.

Akuji then gives everyone an update of everything and gives Sora a mission that he was happy to do. Then she checks on Michael progress with the fake heroes which he thinks he will be successful with me around and for that I smiled. 

Akuji nods and smiles a bit as she trusts us doing our best. Then after we had the meeting, Michael and I start to leave and go back to my placement to do work for the rest of the day. 

The next day I start going to the THA to look over the students there. I take Michael with me to the school because he is my servant and that he needs to keep an eye on me. I smile as we hold hands walking there which made me smile cause I wanted to date him later but when we entered the school we let go of each other's hand. We walked through the school to get to our first class as we enter the class early, I go to sit on the teachers desk. 

"Don't you think your being disrespectful?" Michael asks with a smirk as he stands next to me.

"Maybe but who disrespected us first?" I ask as I smile. 

Then a student came into class a little to early as I was about to get friendly with Michael I slightly had to push Michael and welcomed the student. Michael then stood straight and slightly far away from me.

"Welcome class does start in the next 15 minutes" I say.

"Sorry I come to class early every day" says the student as he sits at the front of the class. 

"Oh I see so you want to be a hero, or a pathetic hero like the rest of you" I say in a low tone

The student looks at me kinda seriously and meanly at the same time, "No I plan on being a hero because my name will be Miracle" he says strongly. 

"Oh? Wait I know you, your Joshua huh?" I ask. 

"Yes that's right, I am Joshua" he says then he somewhat turns his attention to Michael who seems a bit tense. 

I look at Michael then back at Joshua, "Oh I see then you maybe the interesting student here" I comment. 

Joshua nods then gets out a book to read as he did I also did the same taking out a black book to read.

"So why so tense Michael?" I ask.

Michael seems to tense more as I ask that and also Joshua looked up from his book seeming to wonder the same thing.

"Oh nothing" he says then grabs the sword on his back as he slightly relaxes but grips his sword hard as he stares at Joshua. I knew this to be some sort of hate but I could tell he had some nerves as well like as if he seemed to know something about Joshua.

I look at my book as I read Michaels mind and his mind it thinking that Joshua is the one Akuji talks to and trust but Michael did not trust him at all. Plus on top of that Joshua's family had tried to put him in jail and killed his family as he escaped and by that he was annoyed which made him grip his sword more.

I slightly sigh as I read and I kinda read Joshua's mind but I noticed that I couldn't like his mind was locked from me. I then look away from my book to him and as I did he was kinda staring at me then he went back to read his book. I go back to reading mine right up until class started and students started to walk in. When the students had sat down as I still looked at my book and spoke up.

"Welcome all to my class, today you all have to battle me with all your strength if you all want to prove to me your going to be heroes or don't battle me and be the weak links you are" I challenge the students. 

The students look at me kinda shocked, some with hate and some others ready for a challenge.

I then got up and went to the training ground with Michael as we got there I started to talk to him and ask him why he tensed up when he learned Joshua was there in the classroom. He said that Joshua was the one talking to their leader Akuji and that she trusts him but Michael didn't trust him at all because of what happened to him in the past so we talked about what we could do and plan it as we waited for any students to come to fight us. 

                    Joshua

I went to get changed into my hero suite so I can fight our new teacher and prove to him my reasons also to fight his slave as well because he seems to hate me. But I will give them good reasons and if ever needed I would also do this in front of Akuji to prove my loyalty to them. After I had dressed into my hero uniform and then started to go to the training ground where the two teachers are. Once I get there a lot of the class were fighting him and I stand on the side line watching. That's when Ceon's servant came over to me holding his hand on his sword handle then stood next to me. 

"My name is Michael, Joshua" he says in a whisper. 

I look at him and realise he is the person that Akuji sent out to kill the fake heroes.

I nod, "Okay what do you gain from telling me this?" I ask him.

"Nothing expect if we can trust you at all" Michael says.

"And your master is he in this too?" I ask.

"Yeah he met all of us and Akuji trusts him to work with us and I am the eyes to check in on that but for you, no one is watching" Michael says in a low tone.

"Alright later today I will challenge you and even your master to a duel to prove how much I can be trusted" I say.

"No fight me, my master Ceon, Guro and Sora in front of our leader and Jackson then we got a deal" Michael says seriously.

"Alright consider yourself a deal" I say as I go to shake his hand.

Michael gives me the hand shake my hand with a smirk as suddenly as I made a demon pact with him. That made me smirk I should of seen that coming I didn't think Michael was that very run away all that time ago. "Well I will do my best" I say as I stretch. "Well I will catch you two after school I am going out" I say as I started walking towards the change rooms. After I get changed I text Akuji to meet me at the cafe so I can talk to her about this fight and I just wanted to see her to also talk about the trip to America and when we can execute the plan. She texts me to say okay I will see you at the cafe soon, I kinda smile and felt that I kinda missed talking to her. I kinda blush then shake my head, I mean yes she is cute and it is relaxing to talk to her but I only like her as a friend. At least that's what I wanted to tell myself at this stage but I am starting to find that I like her more and more every time we met. I eventually get to the cafe and I got us a seat in the corner of the cafe. After a while I started playing with my long hair and noticed how messy it is then started to tie it up which is something I do sometimes but I prefer to have it down. Then Akuji came into the cafe and sat on the other side of me with a short smile. 

"So I need to talk to you about something" I say.

"Oh what is it?" Akuji asks.

"So uh I made a beat with Michael that I fight so of your members later" I say. 

Akuji looks at me kinda shocked but a little worried, "Oh why what happened?" She asks carefully. 

I explain to her what happened at school that I met both Michael and Ceon including what Michael said to me which I agreed to because I wanted to be able to prove myself to you and the group. Akuji nods seeming to understand but seems really worried though she trusts me to only fight some of her members and not put them into jail which I said I wouldn't but I liked that she was a little careful.

Then I went onto telling her my plan for some of her placement to go to America on the festival week. She listened and nods her head agreeing with me then we started to talk about different conversations like we were old friends even though we have known each other for a couple of weeks. After a few hours I started to go do jobs or something and I said to Akuji that I would see her later. We say goodbye and leave the cafe which I then did some hero work for the rest of the day. 

When the time came around for the fight to begin I met Akuji and the rest of her placement in a secret area where we won't be caught by heroes.

"So who is first?" I ask as I got ready to fight. 

Akuji looked at her members worried and there was a male standing next to her he seemed to be studying the situation.

"I will" said a boy around my age it seems.

He had hair short purple hair and his golden yellow eyes stare into my red eyes challenging me. He wore kinda casual goth like clothes his shirt a normal black and his shorts where a light grey that were slightly ripped. He wore black gloves that were fingerless and had a bunch of chains that were different styles handing from his right shoulder to his left waist. 

"Alright can you introduce yourself?" I ask as I looks at the boy who now produces off this kind of mist. 

"My name is Guro and I am 15" he says in a low tone.

"Nice to meet you, I am Joshua" I say simply as I stand ready to fight. "Ready whenever you are" I say staring at Guro. 

Guro nods and seems to teleport in front of me and goes to kick me in a low swing in the leg which I quickly in return go to block then count with a punch. But none of them connected as portal like mist seem to bring my attacks to a holt which makes me jump back in surprise. I study Guro a moment before he teleports behind me and attacks me which I happen to block then use my stored power punch. The punch had a ton of stored weight in my muscles which makes this punch more powerful for example when I use this it will create shock waves that most can't stop. But here I am going to use about 20% of this stored power just to scare them a little even though I could use so much of my other powers that could be way more deadly and terrifying. Anyway I use this punch that Guro thought he could just stop with a portal but soon the shock wave hit him hard that send him flying into a wall. Guro kinda stood and I could tell he wasn't going down with a fight.

"I believe I would lost this battle right Jackson" Guro asks as he looks at me. 

The guy Jackson is the guy that stood near Akuji nodded, "Yes it seems his DIN'S is stronger than yours Guro" he says as he analyses me. 

Guro kinda stares at me then looks at Akuji who seems to be worried. Guro seeming to have a level head then looks back at me.

"Just so I don't over worry my leader I will stop fighting since it's easy to tell that I am weaker than your power" He says the walks to the side kinda upset that he had to admit to stop his own fighting.

I understood and actually respected that he would rather stop the fight than keep going but I could tell if he were in a real fight he wouldn't give up. 

"Okay who's next?" I ask as I get ready for my next fight. 

Another guy comes up and walks towards me with hatred in his body language. 

"Your name?" I ask. 

"Sora" he says.

Sora has long red hair that he had tied in a ponytail and the anger he had in his blue eyes made him feel more intimidating. He wore causal clothing a plan red t-shirt and normal beige jeans. The moment he came close to me he started to attack me with a knife, this made me step back to try and take it from him. He notices this and the changes the knife into a spiked bat then he swings it at me hard. I dodge the swing quickly and go to make an attack using the stored power in my body even if I have to use a bit of speed to match Sora's speed. Sora creates a spike and throws it at me which I in turn punch it hard enough that it bends the mental then the spike flings a cross the room smashing into a wall making a loud clang when it hit the wall. Sora then had a bunch of sand under my feet which he controls to try and trap me. I didn't see the sand till the last second and get caught in a sand like trap. I try to struggle out of the sand as it covered me but the more I struggled the more tighter the hold became. It felt like it was a snake who had trapped it's prey and the more the prey struggled the more tighter the hold became unit the prey had suffocates to it's death. I kept calm and begin to use my strength to slowly push away the sand which started to work slowly but I needed to use more of my DIN'S. so I started to use 30% of each strength and stored power to create a strong enough shock wave to disperse the sand away from me. Sora then quickly attacks me by throwing a spear at me that I quickly block it which gets knocked away from me and slams into a wall on the other side of the room. I take a step of quick speed to appear in front of Sora then I punch him hard in the stomach. Sora had no time to block my attack but he manages to attack me and knee's me in the stomach. We both look at each other before we both jump away from each other staring at each other down. Tensions start to rise as we both start to produce powerful auras around ourselves. Sora's aura looks like a thick cloud of sand as mine looks like a veil of white surrounding me. Then Sora makes the first move by sending a wave of sand in my direction which I block with one of my arms as I use hard enough shockwaves to push away some the sand so it doesn't cover me. I push through the sand and use hyper speed to get beside Sora then I punch him hard with 15% of my power. Which is just enough force to just hurt him a little not wanting to actually hurt him. Sora go flung a little because of the force of the shock wave and hit the wall behind him pretty badly. He seemed to be a little fazed by the hit as he stood against the wall for a while before looking at me for more of a challenge and to continue fighting. I walk towards him not backing down, "This is not a death match" I say as I stop in front of him. "But if you want me to put you down I will" I say as my aura grows stronger. 

Sora looks at me then smirks, "Alright I think I am done for now" he says as he stands a bit more straighter. "The next time we fight I will not hold back or give up" he continues to say then walks away. I nod believing he will as he is a good fighter and would be a tough opponent to fight one day. I then look at Michael and Ceon, "Still want to fight?" I ask as I am more than ready to fight them. Michael smirks and laughs then gives me his hand, "Put it there you did just fine and we have seen enough besides it's seems a certain someone had enough of fighting for one day" he says as he looks past me at someone behind me. 

I look behind me to see Akuji which I could tell she is worried about this whole fight situation then became worried when it was just Michael and Ceon left to fight. 

I nod my head and agreed, "Yeah I think that's enough fighting for one day" I say as I shake Michael hand and the deal is done. I am now more happier not having a demon mark of a deal on me, now with it broken I don't need to worry. I then walk over to Akuji, "Are you okay? We will finish fighting now" I say as I was a little worried for her. 

"Yeah I am okay and I am just glad you guys have figured out your confrontation." She says with a bit of a smile.

I nod, "So does this make me a member of your team now?" I ask curious. 

Akuji smiles, "Well yeah of course" she says.

I smile then we all kinda have a talk before we part ways and go home. I come back home pretty happy and proud of myself. 

My dad notices my happiness, "Someone had a good day" he comments. 

"Yeah it was" I say with a light smile. 

"Wanna talk about it?" He asks. 

"Not really I got studying to do" I say.

"Oh? You don't want to talk to your dad?" He asks.

"It's not like that, it's just day was really important" I say then dad gives me one of those looks that says, really now. 

"Well okay" he says and goes to leave me alone. 

I sigh as I figured eventually my parents will learn about me siding with villains, "Alright but can I talk to you alone, please dad" I say kinda rubbing my neck. 

"Yeah of course" He says and the both of us go to my room. 

Once we were in my room alone I told my dad everything about Akuji and her placement. I told him all about her ideas and what I have done to help her. My dad listened well without any judgement or didn't have anything wrong with any thoughts I have towards the group. After the conversation we both agreed we both wait a bit longer to tell mum but if anything happens then I would have to come clean to her which I agreed to. My dad then left me be for the rest of the night and after the normal things I have to do then I went to bed. 

American Arc

Akuji:

After two weeks of planning and organising we finally get to the week where me and my team go to America by ship. The ship we have to board is a normal cuisine line boat that will immigrate us to America. We get on the boat and got to our cabins while I am resting in my cabin I text Joshua telling him we are on the cruise line now. He texts back saying that is good and that we have a safe trip. 

The trip took us 40 days to get to America and when we docked on the shore of America we left the cruise ship. We started to look for a good place to be our base of operations so we can recruit more members and possibly break into one of America's prisons. We eventually found a place that we soon claimed, it is an abandoned house in the woods that we brought for a cheap $1000. We get settled into the place and rest for that day. The others had a small celebration for this new live and place as the rest of my members have fun I went to start planning. I plan as well as texting Joshua telling him we all got here fine and telling him that we now own a place. Jackson then comes into my room, "Why are you here working you should come out and join us" he says a bit deeply. 

"Jack- I need to work on our plan so we can do missions and whatever else we need" I say as I sigh a little. 

Jackson sees my phone, "Yet you can relax enough to talk with your boyfriend?" He asks me with a smirk.

I turn to face Jackson, "He is not my boyfriend" I say as I slightly blush.

"Ah well you like him right" he chuckles, "Come on you can talk to him and relax with us you need to rest your body and mind too you know, if you over work yourself you know what happens and I don't think you want to hear one of my lectures" Jackson says a bit serious. 

I sigh a bit deeply, "Fine I come out and have some fun" I say as I smile a bit getting up.

"Good because who going to look after us if you crash and burn?" He says as he smirks a bit. 

"Mhm I guess you guys have to figure out that one" I say as I smile. 

Jackson chuckles as we go out and I join the fun drinking a bit. I text Joshua as I drink a bit as we were talking about how we can keep updated with each other. 

"Texting your boyfriend?" I hear Guro ask me.

I looked up and stare meanly at him, "He is not my boyfriend" I say a little annoyed. "I just explained this to Jackson" I say as I roll my eyes.

"Whoa okay sorry but you can't deny you like him" Guro say with a smirk.

"That's what I said" says Jackson.

I sigh and blush a little, "Look guys, yes I like Joshua but think about it, he is like the number one hero and he is like popular so it wouldn't work" I say a little shy.

"Oh come on don't say that, you never know if you gave it a try" says Jackson. 

"I don't know what if he likes someone else while I am here in America" I say.

"So, you should totally date him no matter where you are" Guro says.

"Yeah Guro right besides have you seen the looks you give each other" Jackson says with a smirk. 

"What- what looks?" I ask a little curiously.

"Oh I don't know the kind that says I am interested in you and especially Joshua's eyes say I want you to be mine but I guess that's what I see" says Jackson smirking.

I sigh annoyed, "Just- ugh look I will think about it until then leave me alone" I say blushing a little.

The two laughed and say alright then we continue to have fun eventually going to bed later that night.

The next day I give everyone their missions and quests after me myself have done some planning. I let Sora go to the underground fight arenas, I let Guro and Jackson walk around getting use to the place as well as recruit anyone that seem to want to join our placement. 

                     Sora:

I go out as asked from our leader Akuji, I don't really see her as a leader but she does seem trustworthy and she is quite kind. I go to one of the underground fighting arenas and I enter in the fights ahead. After a few hours and doing a few rounds of fighting, I only found a few worthy people to join us. After I have finished the first arena and as I walked around I got a lot of stares from other fighters. I did fight a lot of strong opponents and win as it seems I am the only strongest fighter there. The ones I found worthy of joining our placement, kinda follows me around like as if we were some type of gang. We left and I took the new members to the place where we are staying which they seemed a bit sceptical but I told them it is fine we won't do anything to them. They continue to follow me and then when we go inside I looked for Akuji which she is in her room planning. 

"Akuji, boss do you want to meet our new members?" I ask her.

She stops what she is doing and looks at me, "Yeah sure" She says kinda nervously. 

She comes out to see the three new members of the team. The three look at her questionably, Akuji introduced herself to them which they seem to look at each other. 

"I am Axel" says one of the guys as he bows a little.

"Hi I am Miles" says the next guy nodding his head a little. 

"Hey I am Dave and I can't believe a girl would be our leader" he says as he walks forward.

"Well not a lot will see me as a leader straight away but you will soon see why I am" She says not moving from her spot. 

"Really you don't seem strong and you look a little young" he comments sceptical.

Akuji looks at them the same way she did with me the first day I join and I remember it clear as day then immediately backed off. The guys gave me questioning looks to why I back off but I am telling you that certain death stare and this one particularly is where you shouldn't challenge her. So how about I go back to the time I first joined which it feels like it was just yesterday but it wasn't. I remembered being way more hot tempered when it can to her being my leader or boss. I was making all kinds of insults and rude comments but when I came close to her, like face to face. That stare wasn't to try to provoke me, no it was a warning to stay away because in that moment I felt it. Her power isn't just for show it would literally kill you and anything it touches even though she has warned me of her DIN'S before hand I was stupid enough to get into the range of it. That's when my instincts kicked in to back away from her but that wasn't the only reason why I feared it now. She can also widen her range of power which is more than enough to possibly destroy a city worth of people. I back away more away from them as soon they will figure out why I am backing away so quickly. Dave rolls his eyes and walks towards her, I watch this terrified even to the point we're the other guys where they were looking at me questioning me then looking at her questioning her. Dave got in close and grab her collar, "You don't scare me" He says.

"Are you sure you want to do that?" She asks him.

Dave's eyes widen as he quickly backs off, I watch him do so like it was also instinct for him as well. 

Axel seemed to be confused by this behaviour in both me and Dave but because he didn't see it feel her power he didn't seem to be that scared so he also walks forward. 

"Come on Dave that scared of a girl already" Axel teases but then suddenly pauses and freezes in place. 

Miles looks at the two now also questioning their strength and fear towards Akuji so he also takes steps towards her in hopes to help the two. Mike's steps in her zone and even he stops and shakes in fear. 

"You guys seem to be very confident about your strength so are you saying that you can lead better than I can?" Akuji asks them. 

The three of them looked at her stunned, "How about I show you a little more of my power" Akuji says as she takes a step forward and a light shadow covers this whole place. I shiver as I felt this power as it felt more terrifying than the last time I felt it. 

The three shiver and seem to be frozen in place, "So anyway you three wanted to join am I correct?" Akuji asks as she withdraws he power.

"I- I- will join" Miles says as he fall to his knees, shivering. 

Akuji then relaxes and smiles, "I let you guys think about and feel free to introduce me later" she says as she bows and goes back to her room.

I decide to take a rest and sit down on the couch in the lounge room.

After that I have done that I go out again to go to the second underground area. As I went out the three new team mates wanted to join me so they can some more time to think about joining us. I let them come with me seeing they wouldn't be doing anything anyway. We walk together kinda like a gang as I try to make conversion in-between me and they guys which we had good talks till we reached the area. Once we got there all of us sighed up for the fights ahead which we were seated to wait till each of our names have been called. When my name is called I enter the ring and fight my opponent. This happened for several rounds and again I only chose a few people from my fights to join us. The other two seem to have fun battling others I seem a little bored as thus far everyone I battled isn't that strong or just kinda boring. I wait for the two to finish their rounds so I could return back to our placement. After we all finish our rounds then we all head back to the house and I go to Akuji and tell her that I got new members to join us. 

"Akuji, boss I brought back more new members" I say to her.

"Okay let me introduce myself then" she says with a bit of a smile. 

I walk out with Akuji and she introduces herself to the new people who want to join.

She introduces herself and again got the new members questioning her. 

"Hi I am Abby" says one of the girls that I meet during our fights. 

"Xel" says one of the guys simply.

"I am Harry ma'am" say the other guy as he sweetly takes one of Akuji hands and kisses the top of her hand. 

"Hi- so you all want to join" Akuji says just checking.

"Yeah I like your placement ideas" Abby says with excitement. 

"I would love to join your placement to help you and your team in anyway I can, ma'am" Harry says as he bows.

Xel doesn't seem to be convinced, "Really your the leader, I don't believe it, I mean are you even strong?" He questions. 

"Well of course I am the leader here but that is up to you if I am strong or not" Akuji says as she looks at him. 

Xel glares at her, "Yeah well I think you are weak and need to be put in your rightful place as a slave" he says as he growls a little.

Akuji gave him that death stare, Axel, Dave, Miles and I took steps away from them. 

Both Abby and Harry were confused at our actions and also join us in being away from Akuji and Xel. 

"You can't scare me with that stare and if you think you can then I got something else for you" Xel says as he moves forward towards her about to hit her in the face. 

Akuji grabs his hand with four fingers before it connects with her. Xel begins to shake and tremble as Akuji gives off her aura of power which make Xel back away with fear. 

"You don't seem very sure of yourself" Akuji says as she stares at Xel.

"Sorry my mistake" Xel says as he backs off.

Akuji relaxes, "I let you also think about it" she says as she nods. 

Akuji then goes back to her room, I go to sit down in the lounge room which the others seem to join me. 

After we have a big meeting in the evening as we ate dinner the new members decided to join us while Akuji seemed happy for them to join and gave them accommodations here if they wanted it. She also gets their phone numbers so she can contact them if she needed and the same for them as well. 

After we had our meeting I go to sleep for the next day. When morning came around I didn't talk to anyone as I now have to get use to the new members.

I went past everyone seemed a bit quiet which was unusual but I didn't pay any mind to it. I then grab myself some breakfast and eat it quickly so I can go to the third underground fighting range. Once I got to the area one of the fights said to come with ten to the last arena in this area to fight someone special. I agreed to fight them as I didn't mind having to be challenged plus at least I wouldn't be bored. I followed these people to the last arena as I kept my guard up just in case this was a trap. Once we got to arena, I started to look around a bit unsure about the amount of people here. I look in the fighting arena and see a man sitting on a throne in the ring. He has short orange hair, his eyes golden and he wore a white top with red shorts. He is bare foot which is unusual for anyone who wants to fight so I look at him as I enter the ring just staring at him and questioning him as I looked at him. He stands up and he turns out to be quite tall as he looks at me up and down glaring at me questioning my strength. 

"So you wanted to challenge me?" I question him as I stare dead into his eyes. 

"That I do because I been bored and wanted a challenge and I hear you are a really strong man" He says as he glares at me. 

"May I get a name from my challenger?" I ask.

"Shaw, you?" He growls.

"Sora" I say as I stay where I am. 

"Want to start then" He says as he seems ready.

"Ready when you are" I say. 

Shaw starts off the fight as he runs towards me and goes to attack my side when I react quickly enough to block it. He then quickly kicks down so I don't grab his leg and quickly goes in to punch me which I quickly react to create a knife to stab his hand. Shaw then kicks me hard in the stomach as I stab his hand the he quickly withdraws his hand and some what changes his appearance. He now has orange like wolf ears and tail his eyes also change becoming more wolf like. I create another knife in my hand and then move in to attack as I go low and aim for his leg which he slightly moves back going to elbow me. I am quick enough to quickly cut his leg and dodges his elbow then Shaw quickly turned around which he kicks me hard from behind. I don't tumble and quickly move to attack him again but before I knew it he is attacking me with his hands that now have wolf like claws going for my stomach. I quickly block with my knives then jumping back quickly, I growl as usually I don't fight strong opponents like this guy. Shaw growls a bit too but smirks as it seems he is actually having fun with the fight which also makes me smirk not normally fights are fun for me. We clash over and over again before I started to use my second DIN'S. when I use my sand to trap him he seems confused for a moment but smiles as he could see I have two DIN'S. Shaw is now completely trapped inside my sand cocoon and there is no escaping especially once your in it. Like I did with Joshua the more he struggles in that cocoon the more the sand will tighten around him, the more stronger the hold. Shaw bursts out from the cocoon like it was nothing minutes after I trapped him, I seem a little surprised but that's not the first time someone broke out if that cocoon. I get ready to fight him secretly made a sand wave ready to go if needed. 

"That's enough I seen what I need to, let's not kill each other to death" Shaw says as he puts his hand up to stop me.

I pause confused a moment, what did he mean he had seen what he needed to, what is this guy going on about.

"Let's call it a draw, and if you don't mind I like to join your placement as well as a few more good fighters along my side" Shaw says with a reasonable calm look. 

I look at him for a moment and could tell he is serious and not lying, I slightly nod as I stand down.

"Sure that's fine with me" I say as I hold out my hand for a respectful hand shake. Shaw walks to me as he turns human again and then shakes my hand. Then I started taking him and a few more fighters back to our placement as I walked with them I kinda noticed Shaw is walking next to me. I didn't mind it just felt strange as the other guys are following behind me then next to me but I shrugged it off it's not like they could hurt me even if they wanted to. Once we got back to the house I when to tell Akuji about the new members so I go to her room and tell her. Akuji comes out and meets the new members which they actually seem to respect her quite quickly, but I could tell Shaw is questioning her a bit. Shaw goes to her, "So your the boss here, am I supposed to believe you are worthy of being it?" He asks her.

Akuji looks at him, "You can believe whatever you want to believe" she says to him.  

Shaw nods, "Well then can I test that?" He asks as he looks at her. 

Akuji gave him the death stare though it was almost immediately he stepped back and respectfully nods.

"I see then you are worth the title I have been hearing all about" Shaw says as he looks at her a bit relaxed.

Akuji relaxes and smiles gently, "Well everyone has their own opinion". 

"Then hopefully we can help you in anyway way you ask" Shaw says as he bows a bit. 

"Thank you and make yourselves welcome and at home" Akuji says as she bows a little then returns to her room to work some more. 

Shaw nods and walks towards me, "So what now?" He asks me.

"Eh whatever, I may go out later to do more fights" I answer.

"May I help you?" He asks

"Sure" I say as I shrug then go to rest. 

Shaw then got his guys to rest and he goes ahead at making himself at home sitting on one of the couches. 

I continue to rest kinda falling asleep so that way for later I have a bit of strength to fight later. After I woke up from my sleep then me and Shaw went out to do most of the fighting for the rest of the day. It was actually fun having him around and have someone else as strong as me fight other people. I didn't have to worry about being alone when I was fighting because I felt Shaw had my back which actually felt nice and different for once. Then after we were done fighting, we came back home to the placement which we then had dinner and went to bed. 

 

Chapter Guro

I walk around studying the places around me as I follow a map reading it to memorise it and the places around here so I can be able to teleport where I need. I walk around and then accidentally bump into someone, I stop and look at them. 

"Sorry" says a boy as he bows politely.

"It's alright just watch out the next time" I say as I nod and go to move on.

The boy grabs me and gives me hand signals which made me look at him curiously. "Alright I understand" I say then keep walking on ward. 

I set a teleportation tracker on him so I can teleport to his location when I need as the boy seems to be in some need of help or something because he seems to be really scared about something. I keep walking and then when I sense the boy in danger I teleport right in front of him and caught an attack against him. I didn't realise he was working for one of the American Mafia's and quickly grab the boy then teleport out. I teleport us to our placement because I thought that would be safer place and if needed I could torture him if he thinks of trying to use me or handing me into them. 

I look at the boy meanly a moment, "So what was that all about?" I ask him in a cold tone.

The boy looks up at me terrified, "I- I- thank you" he starts to burst out crying. 

I kinda touch his shoulder, "Whoa okay calm down and tell me your name" I say as I go to my knees so that way I am not to intimidating. 

He slowly calms down, "My name is Quan" he answers me with lesser tears and looks at me.

I looked relaxed and calm, "What did they want with you?" I ask calmly.

Quin looks at me with slow tears, "They needed me to be their slave and do most of their dirty work and if I didn't obey or do something wrong I will be beaten very badly. I needed someone to help me escape." Says Quan.

I put a knife to his neck as I didn't trust him at all, "You better be telling the truth because I don't want to trouble my Mistress understand" I say quite seriously.

"I am telling you the truth I swear, I can tell you anything and everything please believe me. I really don't want to be tortured but if that will satisfy you then please anything will do, I just want you to believe me" Says Quan scared filled with tears and had honesty in his voice. 

I look at him thinking a moment as I was debating whether or not to torture him and to see how honest he is or how easy it would be to make him break. As I think about Quan looks at me crying still but with a kind of a worried look as I debate whether to hurt him or not, it was like as if he knew I was seriously thinking about it. 

I sigh, "I may have to tie you up for now, if needed I will torture you" I say seriously as I couldn't decide.

Quan quietly agrees and follows me to my room for now and he happily sits on a seat. I tie Quan roughly to the chair so he can't escape if he wanted to but I also cuffed him with cuffs that can temporarily block the use of DIN'S just to actually make sure he can not escape. I looked at him tied to the chair which makes me evilly smirk, now normally I keep my word but he just looks so innocent. 

Quan looks at me terrified a moment, "Don't worry I will come back" I say as I look at his face as I leave. 

I keep my word and go to my Mistress Akuji to just confirm if I could torture him because now I would love to do that till he breaks. I told Akuji about my hostage and what he told me because I didn't really believe a single word that came out of his mouth. 

"Can I see him, at least let me talk to him before you have fun" Akuji says to me seeing that I am eager to torture him. 

"Alright fine" I say as take her to my room to where Quan is. 

I watch them talk over some stuff, Akuji nodding seeming to trust him. Akuji comes back to me saying to set him free and asks me if I could handle the mafia gang alone. I say that I can and I will gladly give them as much pain as possible. Akuji nods and asks me to look after Quan which doesn't seem that keen to be with me which I can understand. 

I untie Quan, "Sorry for scaring you earlier, I am not usually a very trusting person so I couldn't help but want to hurt you just in case" I say to him as I bow my head a little.

"Uh- it's alright I can understand" Quan says as he rubs his wrists. 

I nod, "Feel free to stay here for the time being, I am going to deal with those Mafia guys that have you captive." I say as I left my room and teleport back to the place those people were.

I look around a bit to see if the people are still here and after a few minutes of walking around, a person conned out to attack me. I quickly open a portal so I dodge the attack the I grab them as I quickly grabbed some rope and tie them to a chair in that is in the place. 

I look at them meanly a moment, "If you don't want to die than you will start talking" I say to them. 

The person glares at me not saying a word when I notice there are more than just him here. 

"Okay this will be fun or do you all want to give up while you can" I say as I stare at the many others that were here. 

I started to get attacked by the gang and it became one bit fight until one by one started to fall defeated at my feet. 

I sigh, as I pull out a scalpel, "Now which one of you want to talk before I start resorting to torture?" I ask as I stare at one of them intimidatingly. 

The person I am looking at eyes widen in fear as I walk towards them. 

I stand in front of the person, "So willing to talk?" I ask as a creepy grin stretched across my face as I am willing to torture them. I started to cut them when they did answer and hurt him badly as I cut deep into their nerves in their arm moving ti other areas of his body. They scream in pain as the rest watch with horror, I look to the rest, "So which one of you going to talk, or do I have to torture everyone single one of you" I say as I grin evilly. 

They all looked at me with shock as I grinned evilly, "We don't know nothing please if we say anything to you we will be killed by our boss personally" Says one nearly practically breaking down in tears. I look at all of them and could clearly see the fear on their face, like all the hope they have is gone. 

"Alright take me in just let me text one last person before you take me in" I say as I get my phone out. 

"Can you not bring back Quin? As it is-" I pause him before he finished.

"No but I should be enough" I say seriously. 

They nod, one looks at me clearly terrified, "Are you sure, you want to do this, if you do this, you may not ever be the same, ever again" says a girl in tears and scared.

I look at her, "I am sure, don't worry I can handle anything that comes my way" I say calmly. 

I text Akuji details of what's happening and keep the only tracker to me on as I texted her. When I am done I look at the rest and nod letting them take me. They took me back to their boss, one of them pushed me on to my knees and makes me bow to him.

"Sir Long we caught the guy who took Quin" one of them says as they bow. 

"Really good, is he willing to talk or do I have to beat the information out of him?" asks the leader Long.

"He- isn't going to talk no matter what sir" says the grunt.

Long steps forward, "We will see about that" He says and then kicks me hard in the gut.

I flinch a bit, "I won't talk no matter what you do I won't talk" I say as I grin.

Long who has long brown hair tied into a ponytail, his emerald green eyes stared into my eyes. He wore a brown top and black shorts which also and chains hanging on both sides. Long then kicks me hard in the face and grabs my hair then begins to drag me to a different room. When we enter the room he puts cuffs on me that cancel out my DIN'S he then kicks me hard in the stomach as he lets go of me and I fall to the ground. He kicks me hard in the stomach and before going to the corner of the room and grabbing a metal bat then walks back to me. He swings the bat down hard onto one of my legs which makes me slightly grunt in pain and move a little. Long stands the foot of the leg he swung on and goes to swing it down again hard, smashing the bat into my leg. I almost scream in pain but instead grunt louder and struggle to escape from him but he has me firmly on the ground that it is difficult to move. He swings the bat into my leg again hard enough to break it, "Gah!" I kinda yell in pain but kept my mouth shut. 

"Your sure, you don't want to talk?" Long asks me as he steps of my foot then steps on my other leg. 

"I will never talk, I won't, no matter what" I say as I growl serious about keeping our placement safety over my own life. 

"Very well" He says then swings the bat down onto my good leg hard. 

I grunt as I believed in my Mistress, Akuji has always been a bigger sister to me but now she is much more and I am very loyal to her. I would do anything to keep her safe but I know she will also do the same for everyone so I know that she will save me no matter what. Long swings the bat onto my leg very hard and I grunt a bit as I glare at Long. He swing the bat one last time very hard breaking my leg and I grunt harder. He get off my leg, walking to one of my arms and separates one away from the other with the bat then standing on that arms wrist. I try to struggle away as he goes to swing down on the arm. The bat swings on onto my arm hard and the pain hurt making me hiss in pain. Long swings down on my arm had a few times till he breaks it, after once he breaks it he steps off that arm and I am hissing in pain. He then goes to my other arm and steps on my wrist and before I knew it I stopped moving or trying to go away, it felt as though my body already knew trying wasn't going to change the situation. Long watch me stop moving and looked at me which made me look at him with my expressionless face. I watched his eyes almost waver with sadness, it look like Long could see that I been through horrible things and that this behaviour is new to him. Then suddenly some came into the room, he looked almost like long but he had short black hair and almost ocean like eyes. He wore a suit and his face looks like it is angry which made look imitating as he walked over to us. 

"Brother, can you tell me who this boy is?" He asked Long.

"I haven't gotten him to talk yet Sir" Long says seriously. 

The guy nods his head, "Continue" He says and he goes to stand at the corner and watch. 

Long nods his head as he goes to continue l and swings down on my arm hard. I don't really move or show much pain even though I cam feel it but I am used to punishment like this. Long notices this but he doesn't seem to target Guro in anyway till his brother noticed and started to have a problem. 

"Here Long give me a turn maybe I can teach you a few things like father did when was presented a problem like this" Says his brother offering his hand to have the bat. 

"But sir" Long started before his brother forcefully takes the bat.

"Long, don't let me remind you who made us this way" his brother warned. 

Long backs off silently and begins to watch his brother which glares down at me and swings the bat hard on to my leg.

"I will find the one who you work for and personally hurt them myself" his brother says to me as he he swings the bat into one of my sides of my torso. 

I growl, "Good luck try to find out who they are jack ass" I bark which is a stupid mistake that I kinda cringed myself for saying that. 

His brother grinned at my reaction and targeted my broken arm, "Oh really well when I do find them, guess what I will tear every emotion that they have left till they have no hope left, and I will make sure the scars I give them won't go away after once they are dead" he says evilly with a smile. 

I grit my teeth almost wanting to make that into a dare but I remained calm as I did not want my Mistress to be hurt.

"Really let me guess your the boss here?" I ask as I started to show a grin.

"Yeah I am the boss here and one who you shouldn't mess with" He says as he glares at me.

"Oh?" I laugh, "So your the jerk of a dick head who makes his followers and people fear them?" I ask as I noticed who follow him reacted to me hurting them. 

He grits his teeth, "Yeah what it matter to you they are my followers so I do what I want to my men" He says as he hit me hard in the leg with the bat.

I grin seeing I hit a nerve, "Oh really? Does your brother also follow you because he is afraid if you or is he the same amount of a jerk as you?" I asks my smile widening. 

His brother swing the bat hard into my face, "Shut up!" He say then again swinging the bat but this tone into my stomach.

I cough a bit of blood then laugh a little, "Oh are you always this abusive then your a terrible person maybe you don't even know who you are" I say as I grin.

He swing the bat into my face again, "I said shut up before I shut it for you, just wait till I tear the person you respect!" He says a bit angrily.

I smirk seeing I have hit a nerve but I keep quiet as someone runs into the room announced. 

They seemed panicked, "Boss we- we have intruders" they say trying to be ask calm as possible. 

"How did we get intruders? I guess ai have to beat some sense in all of you later" his brother says gritting his teeth angry. 

I look at them grinning as I hoped it is Akuji and our placement coming to help me.

His brother leaves the room but Long stays in the room and after a few minutes his brother comes back in the room. 

He nods at his brother Long as he enters, "He is in here" he says as he smirks.

Long makes a swift movement which in turn triggers a trap which entwines his brother into the trap. 

"Hey! What the hell Long" His brother yells. 

"Sorry but I been waiting for a distraction" Long say as he walks towards his brother. 

"What the hell you mean!" He yells at him.

Long stabs him in the throat, "This is what I mean" he says as he then cuts his brothers head off. 

I watch completely shook and I could also see Akuji also just as shocked as I am. Long looks at Akuji and his members behind her he sighs then moves past.

"He is all yours" Long says to her as he exits the room.

Akuji runs to me setting me free of the cuffs, "Guro look what they did to you" she says worried.

"Yeah but it's nothing really Miss Akuji" I say as I smile a little.

Akuji pinches my cheek, "Seriously Guro this is not nothing" she says seriously and very worried.

"I know but- I think we did them a favour" I say as I look out the door wondering what is happening.

Akuji sighs as she gets a fee of the members help me and we stand near the door, watching Long and his members. 

"Listen, I don't expect you all to stay here anymore or do I expect you to forgive me or my brother, for what we did to you all is unforgivable" we could here Long say with disappointment and regret. 

A girl walks up to Long, "Look, I been working with you both the longest so at least let me stay with you, Long" she says as she bows her head.

"Nina, I am truly sorry to you and grateful but you don't have to stay anymore" Long says to her.

Nina was the girl that came to me before, she had long black hair and blue eyes that shined like the ocean. She wore a black top with black shorts, she also had a belt that had a two bags on each side of her waist and also has a rile gun with a scope strapped to her back. 

"But Long sir you were the only one I could trust and I am nit the only member that knows what your brother did to you so please let us stay with you" Nina say as she looks at him with honesty as well ad all the members behind her.

"Yeah Nina is right boss" Says Quin as he enters the conversation. 

Long looks at all of his members, "Okay but we need a new organisation" He says thinking.

"You guys can join our placement we have a plan for a good cause" Akuji says speaking up. 

Long looks at her, "But I hurt one pf your members surely I can't be forgiven for that" he says. 

"I think it's fine besides if you agree with our ideas then we can work something out" Akuji says with a kind smile. 

Long nods then start to Akuji about our placement and asking questions which after a while he and his members agreed to join. Akuji smiles as she looks at me and I nod my head smiling as I didn't mind. 

We return home and I got sent to my room to rest luckily one of the mafia members had a healing DIN'S so they gladly healed me a bit. Then the leave me to rest which I eventually fall asleep.

                    Jackson:

I get a call from Akuji as I am at the library saying that Guro is okay and save now, which I say thats good and I am glad he is safe. I then hang up and continue to read a book as I look at a map of America memorising it. Lost in memorising the map and in-between reading I didn't notice anyone sitting next to me as I start to plan out routes and missions. 

"You seem busy" Says the person next to me.

That made me stop thinking and my thought process completely jumbled as I look up at them. 

"Oh yeah" I say as I notice how hot they look.

The person is a man that seems around my age, he has short white hair that looked like snow, his grey eyes darting into mine and the glasses her wore were slightly away from his eyes. 

"Mind of I ask what you are working on?" He asks his voice deep. 

He voice almost made me blush, "Oh um studying the map here so I know where to go" I say with a deep voice to match his. 

"Study this map" he chuckles deeply, "No one can remember a whole entire map" he says deeply. 

I laugh, "Yeah your right its why I am going to take it with me" I say in a deep whisper.

"Oh right well don't mind mw I just came here to read" he say as he gives off a small smile.

I nod then look back down at the map but my mind racing as I try to calm myself down, trying not to think how god damn hot he looks and sounds. I mean like I am interested in anyone but damn I really wish right now he could go on a date with me right now. I look at the map again as I slowly close it already know the whole map by heart then I grab the book I was reading and close that too. 

"Uh I am going for a coffee want to join me?" I ask the guy next to me before I leave.

He lifts his eyes away from his book to me, "Sorry I am not interested" he says plainly.

"Okay sorry to bother you" I say lightly and the push in my chair and quickly leave. 

I go to borrow the book I was reading then started to leave when I get a tap on the shoulder. I pause a moment and look behind me. 

"Actually would you mind if I buy us some cafe, I know a really good cafe around" Shay the guy at the table. 

"Uh yeah sure" I say with a light smile.

He nods then leads the way and I follow him to a quiet but also a dangerous area. I keep my guard up as I am not usually dumb as much as most think that I am. We reach a cafe and we sit at a table near the window which I seem to be on guard making sure to keep my hand on my phone in case I need to call for help. 

The guy looks at me, "My name is Butch and you are?" He asks me.

"Jackson, nice to meet you" I say even though I can tell he is lying about his name. 

"Yeah so are you new in town if so I am a hero around here I can show you around" Butch says with a light smile.

"Oh really yeah that sounds good" I say, *Ah just great I need a hero to nearly suspect me but that's not the only thing you are is it, I thought as I look at him.* 

He lightly smiles as a waitress comes over and gets our orders which I just order a simple coffee.

Then we started to have conversations to know each other but the more I knew about him the more I knew who he was and where he lives ect and that is because of my DIN'S. My DIN'S is basically a library of information and plus it can also gather information from people or things. I also have a lot of information about our ancestry and have a lot of knowledge based on magic. Plus on top of that knowledge on gods and demons too which is why my DIN'S can be dangerous because I can use a lot of this magic for myself. But I don't use it too much besides I don't want other people to know that I have this kind of knowledge. So that is how I am able to read Butch here without fail and so as we talk I can tell when he is lying and not lying, he is somewhat honest but I still don't like being lied to. 

Then after I finished my coffee I thought I should return home, "Hey it was nice talking to you but I need to go now" I say with a light smile. 

"Okay, uh can I get your number so we see each other again" Butch asks in a curious tone. 

I nod and quickly write down my number and then I quickly leave but then I started to think if it was a good idea to give my number to a hero. I sigh and don't thinks about hopefully it won't matter to much now that we got more than enough members in our placement now. As I walk home I forgot that I am in the dangerous side of the city right now so when I noticed that I am being followed I make sure I don't go into any of the alleyways. Then suddenly I have a few people who suddenly stop me at my front and I only pause for them when someone grabs my arm from behind. I quickly look behind me to see Butch and I look around me to see that there are other people.

"I thought there was more to you than what it seems Butch" I say in the most sarcastic way I could. 

"Just shut up and follow us" Butch seriously. 

I nod my head and follow them as I did I touch a button on my phone inside my pocket to warn Akuji that I needed help. When I get taken to a hero placement of some kind and I get sat down in a room. I am told to stay there and I can contact who I wanted until there boss goes to talk to him. I quickly text Akuji what is happening and not to sure what these guys want for me. Akuji responds back and says some of the members are coming my way just in case something happens. I then turn off my phone as I wait patiently for their boss to come talk to me but then the door opens and Butch comes walking in then sits next to me.

"Let me guess your the boss too" I say calmly.

"No, I am not I just want to apologise" Butch says smoothly.

"Apologising for abducting me? Yeah sure thats fine" I say sarcastically. 

Butch sighs, "We had to okay my boss just wants something from your placement and that it" he says.

"Want something? Like what?" I ask.

"I can't say, I am sorry." Butch says as he bows his head. 

"So your apologising to me for doing your job, you know no one does that" I say darkly. 

Butch looks at me, "Well only because your- handsome" he says a bit softly.

"Flattery won't get you anywhere" I say a bit meanly.

Thats when the room fell silent and Butch seemed a bit hurt to what I said but that didn't matter to me as he had already made me an enemy. Eventually a man comes in he looks at me kinda seriously and then sits behind a desk. 

"I must ask, can we join your placement, I am sorry to bother you with dragging you here but we need to join" say the guy at the desk as he bows his head.

I look at him, "What reason do have to joining us?" I ask curious.

"Well we heard your placement wants to stop all the fake heroes and make everyone equal." He says looking at me. 

"That's true but how do we know your a fake? How can we even trust you?" I ask questioning him.

"Mhm you can keep trackers on us and we have hero information that I would be happy to share with plus our hero placement isn't very well known either" says the boss as he looks at me.

I could tell he is telling the truth and I sigh, "You would have to talk to my boss Akuji" I say. 

"Okay is there any way that she can come here where we can talk?" He asks 

"I can find out" I say as I get out my phone to text Akuji. 

I text her then ask her if she can come here and talk to the boss about joining us. Akuji texts back that she can and will be over in a moment. 

"She says that she will be here in a moment" I say to the boss which he nods his head. We waited for a at least 40 minutes or so for Akuji to get here since Guro is in his room resting from today's events so she has to get in through transport because none of us have got a car yet. When Akuji arrives here she sits down next to me glad that I am not hurt. She and the boss of this placement talk about how they can join the placement and how we can trust them as they talk we learn the bosses name is Tom. After we had finally confirmed the placement trust bond with them and they join us to work with us. They set Butch with us so that way both parties are informed while one of our men stays with them for the time being. As we walk back to the house I walked alone until Butch started to walk with me. 

"Hey look I just want to apologise and maybe we can start over" Butch says.

"My name is Jackson and you are?" I ask as I smirk a bit taking out my hand.

"My name is Dex, nice to meet you" Dex says as he smiles shaking my hand. 

We then started to talk and Dex kept mentioning how sorry he is about what he did which I said was fine. I told him I really didn't mind as I knew that he was hiding something from me and I understand keeping a different profile is expected in his kind of work. We then had different kind of conversations as we walk and once we came back home I showed him to his room which is next to mine. I went into my own room to rest for the rest of the day and it felt good to just be alone in my own head looking through my library of books in my mind. I chose a old book to read as I needed to learn more about the library in my mind and its history which I will have to eventually talk to everyone about this but for now they trust me as I am right now.
