Winner(s) and Prize(s):

1. The Winner(s) shall be selected from among the entries submitted by eligible Participants. The Winners shall be selected both by an independent Jury as well as a voting process.
2. The Winner(s) shall be announced within 60 days post the Contest Period is over. The announcement shall be made on the Website.
3. Top 3 winners under each category (story and poetry) of the contest will be awarded with Kindle device.
4. Top 20 entries under each category will get published as book / e-book.
5. Top 50 under each category (story and poetry) will get Certificate of Excellence.
6. Each Winner shall be eligible for only one Prize per category but may win from both the categories of the contest.
7. The Prize(s) is non-transferable, non-binding, non-redeemable and non-encashable. The Prize(s) cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
8. If a Prize (or part of a Prize) is unavailable, the Contest organiser, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute, without any notice, the original Prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative Prize of an equal monetary value and /or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law
9. All images /visuals of the Prize in the communications are indicative only.
10. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Participant(s) due to provision of the Contest, shall be borne solely by the Participant(s). Tax deducted at source, if applicable, on the monetary value of the Contest shall be payable by the Participant(s).

YES BANK reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation /notice whatsoever. Any changes made to the rules shall be posted and notified in the Rules section of this Website.
12. YES BANK also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
13. YES BANK or its affiliates will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss / damage / claim / injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the Terms and Conditions of the Contest or Prize(s).
14. Top 3 winners from YES BANK employee category will get Certificate of Excellence (from both the contest category - Story / Poetry).
